    Fresko ist ein amerikanisches Unternehmen und dazu muss man einige Sachen wissen:1. Die Qualität von amerikanischen Produkten kann gut sein.2. Wenn die Qualität nicht so gut ist, kann man das nahezu in jedem Supermarkt dort abgeben und erhält sein Geld zurück.In Deutschland ist das eher ungeschickt, da wir hier KEINE Möglichkeit haben. Billiges Teil gekauft, Kaputt? Dann bleibt nur die Option > Geld versenkt, Gerät in die Tonne.In unserem Fall leider genau so gewesen, dazu ist noch ein Schaden entstanden. Wir konnten gerade 3 Liter Soße im Ausguss entsorgen, weil das Öl im Stabmixer ins Essen gelaufen ist und komplett ausläuft. Mit kleinem Kind, können wir das Risiko nicht eingehen. Die meisten Hersteller nutzen ein Öl was NICHT Lebensmittelecht ist.In unserem Fall, also für solche Geräte lieber zum Fachhändler "um die Ecke" und eines mit Garantie kaufen.Kauf war am 21. 06.2024 - Schaden am 29.10.2025. Heute Support angeschrieben, dieser hat sich noch nicht gemeldet (allerdings auch erst 2 Stunden her).

    It’s been about a month since I got this hand blender, and honestly—I love it. It’s super powerful and has no problem crushing harder stuff into a really fine texture. I’ve used it for soups, smoothies, and even baby food, and it handles everything like a champ. The different speeds and turbo mode are super handy, and all the attachments (like the whisk and chopper) make it feel like a mini kitchen powerhouse. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and feels really solid. Totally happy with it!

    Me mandaron una batidora nueva al ver mi anterior reseña. Se han preocupado... graciasUna batidora con mucha potencia. Regulable y cumple. Pero la cuchilla que es lo más utilizas... Se ha ido soltando poco a poco la capucha negra. La intentaba colocar bien. Hasta que literal ha salido disparado el brazo ... Ahora de Marzo a Septiembre me quedé sin batidora. Ya no jeje
