Gintan Flexibles TPU Schneidebrett
Wunderbares Schneidbrett. Das Messer schneidet das Schnittgut und hinterlässt keine Spuren im Schneidbrett. Ähnlich dem Schneidbrett von Wüsthof, nur etwas dünner und flexibler, d.h. man kann das Schnittgut auch leicht nach dem Schneiden in Topf oder Pfanne geben. Ich habe gleich zwei gekauft und werde nachkaufen wenn eines verschlissen ist. Hoffentlich wird das Produkt dann noch erhältlich sein.
2 Schneidematten in 2 Grössen und 2 Farben im Set
Schneller Versand , gute Qulität . Habe gleich Beide Schneidematten ausprobiert ,habe aber meine schon vorhandenen Messer benutzt . Keine Schnitte in beide Matten. Super leicht zu reinigen,habe einen Tropfen Pril und einen Schwamm benutzt . Senf und Paprikagewürz gingen ohne Rückstände von der grauen Matte. Auf der grünen Matte wurde Gemüse geschnitten . Ich werde die Matten weiterhin auf diese Weise reinigen . Habe gleich 2 Sets bestellt . Messer wurden mitgeliefert. Ich habe heute das beigefügte Messer beim Gemüseschneiden ausprobiert ,super ,aber es hinterlässt kleine einschnitt spuren an der Oberfläche der Schneidematte . Kleine feine aber sie sind da . Aber wie heisst es so schön wo gehobelt wird da fallen Späne. Ich bin trotzdem gut mit dem Artikel zufrieden .
Angenehm überrascht!
Die beiden Teile halten, was sie versprechen. Das Messer ist scharf, handlich, für vieles in der Küche brauchbar. Schon viel damit an Gemüse geschnitten, Zitronen, Melonen filetiert.Die Schneideunterlage ist auch sehr angenehm. Nicht zu leicht, nicht zu schwer. Leicht abwaschbar. Und nach all dem Schnippeln keine Anzeichen von Verletzungen an der Oberfläche. Wie neu, wie am ersten Tag.Beide Teile sind sehr handlich und haben sich mühelos zu meinen Lieblingen in der Küche gemausert.Hoffe, meine Freude daran bleibt länger.Nachtrag 20.09.24.Nach regem Nutzen kommt mir das Messer nicht mehr so scharf vor wie am Anfang. Das ist üblich bei den Messern dieser Preisklasse. Kann man nachschärfen. Ich nehme es trotzdem gerne bei den Dingen, die kein besonders scharfes Messer erfordern.Das Brett füllt sich leicht angegriffen vom Zucchini- oder auch Karottensaft, schaut zunächst aus, als ob sich die Oberfläche verfärbt. Wenn man aber mit Spülmittel direkt und der härteren Seite vom Spülschwamm beigeht, verschwinden die Flecken weitestgehend.Ich würde gerne das Brett alleine, ohne das Messer nochmals kaufen.

Messer unbrauchbar, nur als Set zu erwerben
Das Brettchen funktioniert super und sieht gut aus. Man muss nur daran denken das es flexibel ist, wenn man schwereres Schnittgut (wie Kürbis) damit, (z.B. in einen Topf) transferieren möchte.Ich finde es nur äußerst schade, dass man ein Brett nicht ohne Messer erwerben kann, dieses ist nämlich absolut unbrauchbar, weil es super stumpf ist - kein Wunder, dass man damit keine Schnittmarken auf Brettern hinterlässt, man kann sein Schneidgut kaum damit durchdringen…Außerdem wäre es Klasse wenn man sich die Größe der einzelnen Bretter auswählen könnte (S oder M). Ich hätte nämlich sehr gern mehrere der kleineren Bretter. Dafür müsste man aber jedes Mal das Set inkl. großen Brett und Messer bestellen.Die Farben sind sehr schön. Ob die Bretter sich verfärben oder verziehen kann ich noch nicht sagen, sie waren bisher nur 1x in Benutzung.

Excellent cutting boards and a sharp knife
I am impressed by these cutting boards and the included knife. The cutting boards are really scratch resistant-I used them for about three weeks now and there is not a single scratch on them. All other cutting boards I bought before this one, while claiming to be scratched resistant, were not, not only developing a scratch mark after a single use, but also (most of them) shedding the material onto the food soon after. These cutting boards are conveniently flexible , of good quality, and, unlike others, really do not slip around. They are easy go clean, even by hand, and look like new after each use. I like the green color I chose, but I would be happy with the gray ones as well-they are all nice looking colors. The included knife is sharp and cuts through bagels (pre-cut or not) and butternut squash with no problems. It’s actually way sharper than the much more expensive knifes I tried before buying this set. I don’t know how the set will perform long term, but I bought it for a very reasonable price, and it already outperformed all other cutting boards and knives I tried in the past.
