Wird viel zu heiß und der Chipsatz-Lüfter ist nicht zu bändigen
Sowohl die NVMe als auch der RAM wurden mit diesem Mainboard sehr heiß.Der Chipsatzlüfter ließ sich auch kaum bändigen - der lief zwischendurch auch gerne mal mit > 10.000rpm.Für Silent-Systeme nicht zu empfehlen. Das ASRock A620I Lightning WiFi bekommt das alles kühler und ohne Chipsatzlüfter hin. Auf PCIe 5.0 kann ich dann gerne verzichten.
Una motherboarth muy completa
La conseguí a un excelente precio, me costó menos que una micro atx, me parece una motherboarth que lo tiene todo para un ensamble verdaderamente gamer. Aunque sea la rev 1.0 no tuve problemas para instalar un Ryzen con tecnología X3D.
Buena placa base, aunque particular
La placa base una vez la tienes configurada y actualizada funciona de maravilla. Las conexiones de los ventiladores por ejemplo tienen una distribución y acceso un poco enrevesada, al igual que el botón de reset Bios. La cantidad de puertos USB que tiene me parece bien para el tamaño, y en general, mantiene buenas temperaturas.
Stop working after 2 weeks
Don't know what it happened but every 2 - 4 hrs the network card and sound not working anymore, i've tested with 2 diffrent SSD windows install and seems is from the motherboard, i didn't had those issues with the same CPU on the old motherboard.
DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON
There are no words to describe what a piece of garbage this motherboard is. You can't get to any of the connections. They are under covers and hidden or they are protruding from the side so forget about a clean build in a small case. I got this used in "like new" condition and it was. Looked brand new, but when I set it up to test, it wouldnt turn on. Tried 2 different power supplies, different ram and even an older AM5 CPU, but nothing. it wouldnt post. I really wanted this to work. It has 3 M.2 slots which is very hard to find in an ITX mobo, but i guess not.
Caution! If you a Linux user
The motherboard was great for Windows 10-11, no issues so far. No coil whine or anything, fun to be able to stack 3 NVMe drives on one board!But there are definitely a bunch of downsides, like non-working ACPI control, no Wake On LAN configuration and BIOS upgrade which reliably works only if you use Q-FLASH PLUS (good luck trying to update via UEFI shell or menu in BIOS).When it comes to Linux... forget about that. You just cannot make this board sleep or hibernate in Linux: GPP0 acpi device cannot be controlled (and switched off), which makes computer wake up immediately after sleep is initiated. No solution exists today, maybe you can try switching off NVMe but my system uses 2 drives and I'm pretty much locked to Windows. This is a well known problem with Gigabyte B650 boards and company don't want to do anything with it.
