Besser als der Xbox Series X Controller
Da mein guter alter Xbox 360 Controller langsam zerbröselt, hatte ich mir Ersatz in Form des Originalen Xbox Series X Controllers gekauft. Und das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Controller, den ich in meiner Jahrzehnte langen "Zockerkarriere" hatte. Serienmäßig hängende Knöpfe, was wohl seit Jahren bekannt ist aber nicht geändert wird und solche Scherze. Und das D Pad ist mist aber dass ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Ja, Microsoft ist halt eine arme Firma...Aber nun zu dem Gamesir G7 Se. Kurz und knapp: Sieht aus wie das Original. Fühlt sich mindestens so gut an, wenn nicht sogar besser. Verarbeitung 1a. Alle knöpfe funktionieren wie sie sollen (ja dass sollte eigentlich normal sein, gell Microsoft?). Hall Effekt sticks und der Preis ist auch noch besser. Das einzige was der originale Controller besser macht, ist die Haptik der zwei mittleren knöpfe. Da ich nicht weiß wie die offiziell heißen, sag ich mal start und select, damit sollte jeder wissen was ich meine.Aber selbst dieser Unterschied ist minimal.Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Controller, für alle die, wie ich, Controller mit Kabel bevorzugen.
Top-Controller für PC & Xbox – Präzise & Langlebig!
Ich habe den GameSir G7 SE gekauft, und ich bin echt beeindruckt!Das Highlight sind definitiv die Hall-Effekt-Sticks und Trigger. Kein Drift mehr, keine schnellen Abnutzungen – das allein macht den Controller schon zur besseren Alternative zu vielen Standard-Controllern. Die Sticks fühlen sich sehr präzise an, und die Trigger sind schön geschmeidig – perfekt für Renn- oder Shooter-Spiele.Auch die Verarbeitung ist klasse: Die Griffe sind angenehm griffig, die Tasten haben einen klaren Druckpunkt, und das anpassbare Faceplate ist ein cooles Extra. Das Kabel ist lang genug und sorgt für eine verzögerungsfreie Verbindung – perfekt für kompetitive Spiele.Einziger Punkt: Es gibt kein kabelloses Spielen. Aber wer damit kein Problem hat und auf Qualität sowie Langlebigkeit setzt, bekommt hier einen der besten kabelgebundenen Controller auf dem Markt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Extrem Hochwertiger Controller und günstig wegen Kompromiss Kabel
Der Controller kam am schon nächsten Tag an.Er fühlt sich sehr gut verarbeitet an und auch alle knöpfe. Das Kabel ist 3 Meter was extrem angenehm und lang ist. Hier kriegt man wirklich etwas geboten was bei anderen Controllern bis hin zu 150 Euro hoch gehen würde. Dafür aber halt der Kompromiss das er Kabelgebunden ist was mich persönlich nicht stört da so die wahrscheinlichkeit für ein signal abbruch für bluetooth nicht besteht

Fantastic controller, but setup was a pain
This is a fantastic controller for the price, for anything better you're likely looking at a 3-digit price easily. The sticks are comfortable to use, really responsive, the software that you can download from Microsoft Store (GameSir Nexus) allows you to tune and customise it quite extensively and the build quality feels decent for a relatively cheaply priced controller. It feels a little lightweight, I personally prefer that, but I figured it was worth mentioning here.The caveat though, and the reason I gave it only 4 stars, is that getting it to actually work was a real chore. First, the cut-out where the USB-C cable connects is very snug, and while I could see no plastic residue on the inside of the cutout that would block me from connecting the cable, plugging it in is quite difficult. It feels almost like the connector is slightly offset inside the casing of the controller, which means you might spend a few seconds adjusting the angle before it goes in properly.After that, I found Windows 11 didn't immediately detect it and the only way I could fix it was to go into Device Manager, disable the Xbox Controller under Game Controllers, uninstall the Xbox Controller and then Scan for new devices. Before doing this, GameSir Nexus couldn't find the controller at all.Once I got it working it's been fantastic, well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Nutzloser Elektroschrott.Bereits nach einem halben Jahr ist der wenig benutzte Audio Ausgang defekt und die Eingaben an den Knöpfen werden mit erheblicher Verzögerung oder gar nicht übertragen.Die Knöpfe selber wirken bereits kaputt, bleiben hängen, die Trigger Harzen und die Sticks springen in der Gegend herum.In der Summe schlechter als die billigen von Xbox selber.Die Support KI macht deutlich dass der Hersteller kein Interesse daran hat, seinen gesetzlichen Gewährleistungspflichten nachzukommen.

Schneller und zuverlässiger Controller
Ich nutze den GameSir G7 SE seit einiger Zeit auf Xbox und PC. Die Eingaben kommen ohne Verzögerung an und fühlen sich präzise an. Die Sticks laufen sauber, und die Tasten lösen zuverlässig aus. Auch bei langen Sessions bleibt alles stabil.Der Controller liegt gut in der Hand und wirkt solide gebaut. Das Kabel stört nicht und sorgt für eine stabile Verbindung. Die Trigger fühlen sich direkt an, was bei schnellen Spielen hilft.Die Einrichtung unter Windows und an der Xbox war einfach. Alles wurde sofort erkannt. Die Oberfläche bleibt auch nach längerem Spielen angenehm.Insgesamt ein guter Controller für alle, die eine schnelle und genaue Steuerung wollen. Ich würde ihn wieder nehmen.
Reliable, Responsive, and Great Value for the Price
I’ve been using the GameSir G7 SE for about six months now, and it has genuinely impressed me. The controller feels very responsive, with precise inputs that make a noticeable difference in fast-paced games. The build quality is solid, and even after extended use, I’ve had no issues with stick drift or sticky buttons which is a big plus.One of the standout features is the customization. The companion app is simple and straightforward to use, making it easy to adjust settings and fine-tune the controller to your preference. You get a lot of flexibility without it feeling complicated, and for most players, it offers everything you’d realistically need.The only important thing to note is that this controller is wired, so it does need to be plugged in at all times. If you’re specifically looking for a wireless option, you may want to look into other models. For PC and Xbox use, though, this works perfectly.The inclusion of a free month of Game Pass is also a nice bonus and adds extra value.Overall, this is an easy 5-star product for me. Great performance, strong customization options, and excellent reliability so far. I’d happily recommend it over a standard controller.

Great Controller With Some Flaws & Missed Opportunity
Overall the controller is great, many of my perceived flaws are my personal preferences so I that won't reflect in my score but I'll include it in the review since it could be helpful to some.BEFORE USING THE CONTROLLERDownloading the companion app and turning the "raw" settings on for the sticks is absolutely necessary, without it the sticks are inaccurate and some games are literally unplayable. In Baldur's Gate 3 it's difficult to select certain options on the selection wheel and in Lightyear Frontier the game is actually unplayable since you can't complete the tutorial because you cannot select required options in the crafting wheel. Another Hall Effect controller had the same issue but they fixed it in a firmware update, hopefully Gamesir does the same but turning on "raw" works in the interim.Certain button placements are awkward for me, the buttons on the bottom are too easy for me to press so I keep them off even in competitive games that I would normally like to use them. The back and select buttons are in an awkward location and require you to shift your entire hand around the controller to press them.Missed OpportunityThe fact that this controller has removable sticks but Gamesir doesn't offer a selection of longer sticks or different shape grips or even premium versions is supremely disappointing. I would pay extra for an accessory kit that includes longer stick selections, even more for one with metal parts and I'd even pay for metal anti friction rings for the faceplate. I don't like domed sticks myself but I'm sure others would like the opportunity to pay for them.

The controller feels good, works well, and is priced affordably. No issues so far. Works as advertised.
Amazing controller and discord support
I bought this controller on November last year. This controller was literally the best controller anybody could ever ask for. Immediately stick drift solved. The original Xbox controllers are bound to get stick drift in like 3 months but I used this controller for more than half a year and works amazing. The sticks are very smooth and the triggers and bumpers feel expensive. The cord is long and the connection to the Xbox/PC is really fast too. It’s also no rocket science to connect. The overall feel of the controller is actually nice, like it feels light and comfortable to hold. Up until a few weeks when I dropped it hard, I contacted discord support and they immediately gave me a replacement. Apparently there’s a Gamesir warranty for 1 year. I got to keep the old one too. The support agents are nice and very helpful. Overall this controller is really really good. 1000% recommend.
