Starker Chemie-Geruch , dennoch brauchbar
Sehr starker Chemie Geruch, selbst nach mehrfachen Abwaschen.Recht unangenehm, das die Hände nach Benutzung den Chemie-Geruch annehmen.Nicht so leicht und elegant oder gar biegsam wie der originale "the stick". Die Rollen rollen teilweise etwas starr.Abgesehen von den o.g. Punkten und für den Preis dennoch brauchbar. Und im Vergleich zur faszienrolle braucht man sich weniger verrenken und deutlich leiser als eine Massagegun.Passt zudem gut in die Sporttasche
Faszienrolle mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Der "Muscle Roller" oder Faszienstick ist starr, also nicht flexibel. Der Faszienstick lässt sich recht gut und ruhig auf der Haut rollen, ohne störende Geräusche oder Ruckungen.Jeder Rollabschnitt läuft unabhängig voneinander, man braucht ein wenig Kraft für die tiefere Faszienmassage. Der Abstand zwischen den Rollelementen ist etwas zu hoch, somit können sich einzelne Haare in der Faszienrolle verfangen. Gerade bei mehr behaarten Stellen (bspw. "Männerbeine" und den Armen) kann dieses ziepen und ist etwas unangenehm. Vielleicht habe ich auch ein "Montagsmodell" erhalten. Dazu finde ich den Geruch beim ersten Auspacken sehr intensiv. Dieser hält sich einen Moment und verfliegt mit der Zeit. Für den Preis eine zufriedenstellende Faszienrolle, welche ihren Zweck erfüllt.
Fehlkauf
Ich verstehe nicht wie dieses Teil so lange übel riechen kann. Sobald man es berührt, stinkt man unbeschreiblich. Ich möchte es weder auf meiner Haut noch auf der Kleidung haben. Die Rollen drehen nicht gut mit, daher ist es leider ein sehr schlechtes Produkt.

Received it today and used straight away on my quads and calves for Myofacial release on spastic and overactive muscles. I've used a regular rolling pin for a while,but this roller once I'd finished,I could feel my legs firing, which is a good sign of it creating circulation.Stretching is important after using the roller to get most benefit on working the muscle.The roller is a good size, lightweight and easy to use. Someone reported it as noisey,but I don't think it is,the only noise I heard was it coming off my leggings. Would highly recommend, good quality and value for money.
