Wir haben den Kühlschrank für das Zimmer meiner Mutter im Seniorenheim gekauft.Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Kühlleistung und der Lautstärke.

So far satisfied, product operates as described, build quality is good

I studied technical specifications for hundreds of minibar fridges on the Internet. I picked this one because it offers step-less thermostat adjustment of temperature from 0 to 10C and operating temperature up to 38C. Having a lock is also an important factor. I also eliminated all fridges with noise level over 39dB. I appreciate the 2 years of warranty since it gives me confidence that it is built well.On arrival the device had no issues, it was turned on and I inspected the temperature with a thermal camera, fridge thermometer (alcohol) and thermometer probe. Temperature distribution is as expected, there is a couple of degrees difference between the top and bottom compartment. I measured the difference by placing small jars of water in couple of places and measuring temperature of the water with thermometer probe.Regarding the sound levels I measured them at 0.8 meters from the doors and dB meter shows 39dB. With dB meter placed right next to a compressor at the back, it will show up to 42dB. In sound spectrum, it is active in region of 2kHz where it has its peak frequency, then there are individual bands with a denser grouping around 8.2kHz peak up to about 9kHz. As the sound is perceived it is a buzzing sound reminiscent of a fridge sound, we are all used to.Currently ambient temperature is 32C and fridge temperature is at 3 degrees at top compartment while setting is almost at maximum, settings are from 1 to 6 and it is on top third from 5 to 6, so I could crank it up a bit more, but my ideal temperature is 3C and that is what I need. If cranked all the way up it will reach close to 0C.The freezing compartment is operating, the temperature might not be extremely low, but water will freeze, and the thermal camera showed a temperature of –10C or lower. I did not place alcohol thermometer to get actual reading, since I don’t need freezing compartment yet.Key lock is relatively basic but adequate, if you lose a key, it is not difficult to get in, two nut screws are all that stands between you and your food, child could do it so don’t count on the lock being safeguard between contents and curious adolescent. If someone wants to break into your fridge and leaves everything else, I figure that person is just unfortunate, on the other hand if it robs your home, the fridge is the last thing you will be thinking about... It will however be enough to let the moral person know there is nothing for them in there.When it comes to looks and build quality, I have to praise the looks. It does not scream luxury, just to clarify. Materials, colours, shape and manufacturing make it pleasing to the eye. Everything looks precise and feels well done when using. For any person with a healthy attitude, design and looks are there. I’m sure there are fancy people out there that would complain, in that case you are most likely looking for a product that reflects your status. This fridge fits in to category of products that delivers in quality looks and design as such it could fit in any home.I have to note that I have been using it for a week or so, so there is no way to tell the longevity of the product, if sound levels increase as it wears or anything similar so keep that in mind.The only con I could think of is the sound. Let me state immediately that the fridge is silent and does not sound loud but if the frequency spectrum of the noise was distributed more on the low end it would make it even better. If it is in a bedroom, you might find it is a bit noisy and if you need a cooler for your drinks only, there are solid state fridges that are completely silent but can only cool down to 10 or bit more degree C from the ambient (current room) temperature. For an actual fridge with a freezer compartment it is a silent device.I’m sure reading this review you know this is not an industrial device but a home appliance and as such I consider it overall a great device for any intended purpose.Many German products I bought in recent years, even if they are not premium brands, like tools, devices etc. they are not overpriced and operate very close to a more expensive product and way better than most unnamed brands out there. Some will not look and feel as premium products and might not last as long, but even premium products can fail prematurely. With this fridge being a home appliance, looks and feel are important and for the price I see no reason to go for more expensive products.

Ziemlich laut.Klein, kühlt zwar, aber die Geräuschkulisse ist lauter, als beschrieben und damit auch lauter, als erwartet.

Klein aber fein. Kühlschrank erfüllt meine Erwartungen.

Den einen Stern gibt es, weil die Lieferung und die Rückerstattung schnell ging.Der Kühlschrank kam beschädigt an. Kratzer ringsherum und mehrere Dellen. Offenbar war dies eine nicht geprüfte Retourenware. Der Rückversand war etwas schwierig, weil der Versandkarton keinen Boden hatte. Wie kann man nur davon ausgehen, dass man solche Ware als Neuware akzeptieren würde. Schade für die Mühe und die unnötigen Kosten für beide Seiten.

Ich habe diesen Kühlschrank vor fast 2 Jahren bestellt. Plötzlich ging er nicht mehr. Ich habe beim Kundenservice von Stillstern nachgefragt, was für Möglichkeiten ich noch habe. Nach Angaben zum Produkt habe ich ein Ersatzgerät zugeschickt bekommen. Ich bedanke mich für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung!
