This is actually a zero star review. Doesn’t come off
Since no one seems to read the one star reviews I made this a 5star, please understand that this product is absolute garbage. I don’t like the way they look on my eyes. Long story short, They were a PITA to apply and I can’t get them off not even by using the remover that comes In the kit. They were uncomfortable to wear, felt like I had eye boogers and looked like lash extensions that hadn’t been properly maintained, not exactly the look I was going for.… my biggest issue is that THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE! The remover burns unlike anything I’ve ever felt before, and doesn’t even work. I slathered my eyes in Vaseline waited 30 minutes and the glue still didn’t budge. Coconut oil didn’t work either. I tried for over 3 hours and ended up cutting my lashes off. This product has been on the market for years and if you watch reviews everyone is saying the same thing about the removal process. Ardell doesn’t care to fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I do my lashes at home all the time. I hated these lashes but the glue is amazing!! This glue should be sold on its own I would definitely buy. Scent of the glue is a little strong but disappears quickly and it works well with other lashes.

The pic was taken roughly 29 hrs after removal to show the amount of swelling I still have in my eyelids.I was so excited to try this product. Lash extensions you can do yourself that last two weeks? Take MY Money!Now, to be fair, I didn't use the lash clusters it came with. They aren't really my style, and I had others I really like. I did cut my clusters into smaller sections to make them work better because the clusters in this kit are smaller.This bond takes a few seconds to get sticky. At first, I was having a hard time getting them to stick, and probably used a little more bond than necessary for the initial two clusters. Once I started letting the bond sit a few seconds on the lash before applying, things went more smoothly. You really only want to put a drop of glue out at a time. It will dry up before you can do more than a cluster or two.Once I got them on, they looked really nice. I thought it was going to be great not having to do them again for a while! While doing the rest of my makeup, I did notice some of the glue had dried white, so I used a combination of eyeliner and mascara to hide that.As soon as they were all on, they started getting uncomfortable. The glue dries super hard. So you feel like you're being poked every time your eyelid moves. It was this constant irritating pokey, itchy feeling. I had plans, and couldn't do anything about it til the next afternoon. I ended up losing a cluster that night just before bed. As you read on, you'll wonder, just as I did, how that was possible.So after having them on roughly 22hrs, I start trying to remove them. I used the remover that comes in the package. I mean, if it's included, that just makes sense, right? No matter how little I put on my lashes, it would get into my eye. Saying that it burned like the hottest fires in hell, doesn't fully convey the experience. I seriously began to envision my life as a blind person. I wondered how I would adjust to raising my young children. How would I drive them to the doctor, sports, etc? I can't afford a chauffeur. And more importantly, how would I apply my old lashes and bond every day or two?After 2 hours of trying to gently apply the remover to my lashes with a qtip, and my eyelids being painful and swollen, I started putting actual drops of the remover on top of my lashes to fully saturate the glue as much as possible. I did a cluster or two at a time, allowing it to sit several minutes before gently rubbing the base of my lashes with a qtip or my fingers. The amount of remover that unavoidably got into my eyes was ridiculous. The thought of cutting my lashes off to save myself some of the pain, continuously invaded my thoughts. Each cluster had to be done this way 5 or 6 times, minimum. I would say 5 or 6 clusters took a half hour or more to remove. Remember, I'm also doing them mostly one at a time to minimize dripping the fluid into my eyes. While the glue was soaking with the remover, I would gently tug on the cluster to see if it was loosening. I didn't want them to have to soak longer than necessary, and a few came off without fully dissolving the glue. Luckily, I managed to retain *most* of my natural lashes.It has been 30 hrs since removing the last cluster. My eyelids are still sore and swollen. I did try an ice pack, but I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to extreme temps. I just can't tolerate it.I have no doubts about the claim Ardell makes about these clusters lasting 2 weeks. I think possibly if I you were to be killed in a nuclear artack, your lashes would still look fantastic. So, if you think there's a chance of dying in a warzone, but worry that your family may not make sure the funeral home applies your favorite lashes, this is definitely the way to go. They'll be super uncomfortable and feel almost crunchy on your lash line, but it's totally worth it, right? Like seriously, buy them. Put them on. Difficult
Had difficulty applying. It was very uncomfortable and I had an allergic reaction to the remover. Be cautious if you purchase and have sensitive eyes.
