(Fast) alles perfekt
Aufbau war ganz easy, Lieferung war komplett und sieht optisch echt gut aus.Einziger Mängelpunkt ist, dass an den Rückwänden keine Bohrungen vorhanden waren für die LED- Kabelei.Zwei kleine Abplatzer sind vorhanden. Einmal an der Rückwand (wurde von mir rüber gepinselt) und einmal an einer Seitenwand (sieht man nicht, da hinden).Da kann aber der Verkäufer sicher nichts für sondern eher der Paketbote.Gebe gerne 4,5 Sterne (wegen den Bohrungen) und runde aber auf :-)
Underwhelming Product, Professional Company Support
I picked this one because it looked nice in the pictures and seemed to be of decent quality while also fitting my relatively small living room. Other people are not wrong when they say it looks way different in reality - it lacks any kind of glass doors, everything is "out in the open" so to speak, which will make maintaining it and everything inside a nightmare. So pay great attention to this.As I opened the package I noticed how incredibly dirty everything is. While I don't expect after transportation the parts to be pristine clear, this was absolutely filthy. Dirties furniture pieces I've received in my entire life. Absolutely unacceptable. I also noticed several parts being scratched - probably due to the poor quality of the materials, this was unavoidable, but of course, when you spend on a piece of furniture you expect it at least intact.Assembly was easy, though good luck setting up the lights - they come with no instructions and the back panels have no space for the cables. It looks like someone just added a couple of LEDs to the package and called it a day - you are better off just getting your own, and at least get good quality ones.Update: I'm gonna give a thumbs up to the producer because they proactively contacted me to discuss my pain points after reading this review and find a common ground. The discussion was very polite and professional and I got a strong impression they are trying to learn and improve. Let's see how this will go in the future for them - the original points stay but companies can learn and improve, so here's to a second chance to them doing better :)
Tolle Wohnwand und super Kundenservice
Leider kann ich hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Wenn es möglich wäre wurde ich gerne mehr vergeben. Die Wohnwand hat eine super Qualität und lässt sich problemlos zusammen Bauen. Das Holz ist sehr gut verarbeitet und weißt keinerlei Mängel auf. Die Bauanleitung ist verständlich und dadurch lässt die Wohnwand sich leicht zusammen bauen. Bei mir hat es keine 2 Stunden gedauert.Die Lieferung erfolgte super schnell und war unproblematisch. Besonders möchte ich den Kundenservice hervorheben, bei meiner Lieferung waren leider 2 Scheiben zerkratzt , obwohl diese super verpackt waren. Nach dem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, gab es innerhalb von 1Stunde eine Antwort und die Glasscheiben wurden direkt ersetzt. Nach 2 Tagen bekam ich dann das Paket mit den neuen Scheiben. Ganz großes Lob dafür, einen solchen Kundenservice findet man nur selten, weiter so.
Nicht wie erwartet bei dem Preis
Nun wo fange ich an für den Preis von über 500 € habe ich mehr erwartet.Die Bohrungen und fräsungen sind nicht so gut es gibt oft unterschiede beim Zuschnitt der einzelnen Elemente von bis zu 3 Millimeter was dazufürht das man selber nochmal schauen muss welches Brett man wo hinsetzen oder tauschen tut mit einem anderen Teil vom anderen Paket.Wenn man mit led bestellt muss man selber schauen wo und wie die einzelnen Kabel verlegt werden und ob man sie durch die Rückwand führt und dafür ein lochbohrt oder andere Lösungen sucht.Sieht ok aus, aber könnte bei der produktion defenetiv mehr Sorgfalt hingelegt werden.Würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen und empfehle ich nur Leuten die handwerklich zurecht kommen um diese Fehler auszubügeln

Eine schöne Wohnwand
Im Ganzen würde ich 4 Sterne geben. Sie entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Aufbau war Kinderleicht. Es gab 2 Kleine stellen an den ecken im Schrankinneren wo ein wenig das Holz abgeblettert ist, was aber nicht weiter tragisch war da man von außen nix sieht… deshalb ein Stern abzug. Jedoch alles in einem eine schöne Wohnwand mit funktionierenden led. Wir haben die Variante genommen mit Rgb Licht um die Farbe selber bestimmen zu können. Sie wurde in 3 Paketen geliefert und es hat nichts gefehlt. Ich würde sie weiter empfehlen! 😊
Es stimmt einfach alles
Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Leider war etwas defekt aber kein Problem man setzt sich mit dem Verkäufer in kontak es wird sehr schnell geantwortet und wir bekommen das defekte Teil sofort nach geliefert ohne Probleme. Kann den Verkäufer und die Ware nur weiter empfehlen!!
