In Kombination mit den Anleitungsvideos optimal für Anfänger
Die Lieferung war superschnell, alles ordentlich verpackt und das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck. Nur mit der Bildanleitung allein wäre ich wahrscheinlich etwas verloren, aber mit den YouTube-Videos als Anleitung funktioniert ein Anfänger-Trainer sehr gut.
Sehr gut geeignet für Bandscheiben Vorfälle
Ich habe einen Bandscheiben Vorfall und habe mir sehr viele Sportgeräte für Zuhause gekauft, die man mal schnell platzsparend einpacken kann. Dieses Produkt ist eines davon und ich nutze es echt gerne.Sehr vielseitig und die Videos die man über Amazon anschauen kann um dieses Gerät richtig zu benutzen machen sehr viel Spaß.Für eine klare Empfehlung für Menschen die Probleme mit dem Rücken haben und kein teures Fitness Studio besuchen möchten. Aber auch für Muttis die während des Mittagschlaf, mal eben die Bikini Figur wieder erlangen wollen.Qualität ist definitiv sehr gut für normal Übungen für Frauen.
Erschwerte Handhabung
Leider war bei diesem Set der türanker nicht dabei. Außerdem ist die Einstellung der Bäder sehr umständlich.

The order was incomplete - the door attachment was missing as was the poster with instructions. Worse once assembled the bar could not be disassembled at all. Thus the set is totally useless for travel. Even one star is too much.
Gutes Set für Zuhause
Die Pilatesstange ist sauber und ordenrlich verabeitet.Mit dabei sind noch 2 verschiedene Widerstandsbänder als auch ein Plan mit diversen Übungen.Für das kurze Dehnen zwischendurch reicht mir die Stange komplett aus - ersetzt aber sicher kein Fitnessprogramm.Dennoch ist es für mich eine willkomenne Abwechslung zum Homeoffice-Alltag.Der Preis ist m.M nach etwas hoch angesetzt im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Produkten.
