Der Jack & Rose Dampfglätter hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Er ist kompakt, liegt gut in der Hand und heizt sich sehr schnell auf. Schon nach wenigen Sekunden ist er einsatzbereit und glättet Kleidung zuverlässig ohne Wasserflecken zu hinterlassen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass er sowohl für empfindliche Stoffe wie Seide als auch für festere Materialien geeignet ist. Durch das leichte Gewicht lässt er sich ideal auf Reisen mitnehmen, und dank der weltweiten Spannungsanpassung (110–240V) funktioniert er überall problemlos. Das Design wirkt hochwertig, und die Verarbeitung ist solide. Endlich ein Gerät, das bügeln unkompliziert und zeitsparend macht – klare Kaufempfehlung!

Does what it promises

I did extensive research before purchasing a steam smoother, focusing on well-known brands. When I came across this lesser-known brand, I was initially skeptical.Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the package was damaged. I love taking compact products with me when traveling, and while the size of the steam smoother is great for that, the damaged packaging was a letdown. ( Thats why I left only 4 Stars)However, after testing it out, I was pleasantly surprised—it really works! The performance matches the demos and presentations I saw. I’m looking forward to using it on different fabrics and will update my review once I have more experience with its steam quality and durability. Overall, it shows promise, but I’ll reserve final judgment until I’ve used it more.

Mal eben ein Hemd bügeln ohne Bügelbrett und -Eisen rauszukramen, funktioniert super. Auch für Reisen perfekt geeignet, da auch auf 110 Volt umgeschaltet werden kann

ein wirklich tolles Produkt, was offensichtlich einige Zeit spart. Man muss scheinbar nicht mehr alles bügeln und das herrichten von gewaschener Kleidung ist zeitsparend und total problemlos.

Ich möchte auch im Urlaub meine zerknitterten Kleider, Röcke oder Hosen glätten und habe mich daher für dieses Produkt entschieden. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Verpackung ist zwar an sich zweitrangig, ich möchte aber doch erwähnen, daß ich diese ausgespochen nobel fand. Richtig elegant, es hat Spaß gemacht, alles auszupacken. Da ich das Gerät nun auch schon einige Male benutzt habe, kann ich es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und selbsterklärend und ohne viel Firlefanz zu bewältigen. Wasserbehälter abziehen, Wasser einfüllen, Gerät einschalten und nach wenigen Sekunden dampft es und die Kleidung wird erstaunlicherweise komplett knitterfrei. Ich hatte, ehrlich gesagt, nicht mit eine derart perfekten Ergebnis gerechnet. Ich habe mit der Hälfte des Behälters drei Kleidungsstücke entknittert. Einige andere Bewertungen bemängelten das Gewicht. Für mich ist das ein Zeichen von Qualität und dass ich keinen billigen Schrott erworben habe. Da ich damit auch nicht stundenlang hantiere und keine allzuschwachen Handgelenke habe, dürfte es für den normalen Käufer auch kein Problem sein,damit zu hantieren. Fazit: volle Kaufempfehlung von mir-völlig unabhängig bewertet und mit eigenem Geld gekauft.

Eigentlich als Ersatz für mein 10 Jahre altes Bügeleisen gekauft, nun bin ich aber schwer enttäuscht. Ich hätte das Geld besser in ein neues Bügeleisen investiert. Ich muss hin und wieder eine Bluse bügeln und hatte gehofft, dass das mit dem Dampfglätter schneller und besser geht, aber das tut es leider gar nicht. Nach mehreren Versuchen und selbst mit Bügelbrett drunter bleiben Falten und Knitter bestehen, obwohl ich die Bluse mit einer ganze Tankfüllung Dampfwasser bearbeitet habe. Das war rausgeschmissenes Geld!

My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

It’s worth it.

After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling.Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair.The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
