Das Set enthält viele Produkte aber leider keine Erklärungen. Die einzigen Anweisungen sind auf Englisch. Für Anfänger ist das nicht wirklich. Was mich an meisten stört ist der Gestank. So was kann nicht gesund sein. Ich würde es nicht noch mal kaufen und nicht weiter empfehlen.
