Apply the tape to the skin: Stretch only the middle parts (no more than 70%). The first and last centimetres of the tape should always be attached without stretching. Do not stretch the ends of the tape. Gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive. B. Remove the tape: Remove the tape gently with warm soapy water (ideal is showering or bathing). Baby oil and vegetable oil are also a good choice. Application: the tape should be approx. 1 week, whereby the main effect is expected in the first 4-7 days after the installation. You can shower, bathe, swim or do sports with the tape applied. Even sweating is possible under the tape.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. 3 Rollen Kinesiologie Tape für 9€. Den Preis zahlt man für gerade mal eine Rolle in der Apotheke. Ich habe das Tape bereits am Mittelfuß angewendet und es hilft, Schmerzen wurden deutlich geringer. Dank Google und YouTube gibt es Anwendungs Beispiele, wie man es anwenden kann. Starke Haftung an der Haut es verrutscht nicht, oder löst sich mal eben, wie bei anderen Herstellern
Hält super, leicht nutzbar, sehr zufrieden
Die Farben sind wirklich sehr kräftig und färben nicht ab. Der Kleber hält wirklich sehr gut und das ablösen klappt dennoch einwandfrei. Bin wirklich positiv überrascht und kann es aus meiner sich empfehlen. Sie sind günstig und halten top.
Preis Leistung ist gut
Das Kinesio-Tape lässt sich gut anbringen und trägt sich angenehm. Die Unterstützung ist gut, allerdings könnte die Klebekraft etwas besser sein – besonders bei Sport oder wenn man stärker schwitzt löst es sich an den Rändern. Insgesamt trotzdem ein gutes Produkt mit einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Super!Hab es für meine Physio gekauft, damit sie es bei mir aufklebt. Langer Halt, fast schmerzloses entfernen. Hätte locker 5-7 Tage, auch bei kurzen Duschen!
hält wirklich mehrere Tage !
Das Tape habe ich mir für eine Gelenkkapsel Läsur am Großzeh bestellt und tape damit seit etwa 3 Monaten.Das Klebeband hält immer mehrere Tage -auch wenn man damit ins Wasser geht , duscht oder Badet.Es ist sehr elastisch und kann durchaus mit teuren Produkten aus der Apotheke mithalten !.Ich würds wieder bestellen bei Bedarf !. Mein Hausarzt ist mit der Methode des Tapens auch sehr zufrieden , Hallux wohl wirkungsvoll abgewendet !Daher sehr gerne 5 Sterne von mir

Das Tape haftet schon auf der Folie schlecht. Wenn man die Ecken zuschneidet, merkt man, dass das Tape kaum Haftung hat. Die Struktur des Gewebes hat keine Festigkeit und keinen Zug, wie bei hochwertigeren Produkten. Baut keine Verbindung zur Haut auf. Nicht zu empfehlen.
