Solides Tape für den Alltag, aber für therapeutische oder sportliche Zwecke zu schwach
Das SISSEL EPIFLOW Kinesiology Tape macht auf den ersten Blick einen ordentlichen Eindruck, zeigt in der praktischen Anwendung aber deutliche Schwächen im Vergleich zu hochwertigen Konkurrenzprodukten, z.B. zu denen von Leukotape, Pinotape, Truetape oder meinem Top-Favortit Nasara-Kinesiotape. Schon beim Entfernen der Schutzfolie fällt auf, dass das Material sehr dünn und in seiner Struktur deutlich weicher ist als erwartet.Das Tape ist ausgesprochen dehnbar, was für den sportlichen Alltagseinsatz zunächst angenehm wirkt, in der Anwendung aber zum Nachteil wird. Die Quer- und Längsfestigkeit ist zu gering, um eine nennenswerte Stützwirkung zu erzielen. Damit bleibt der zentrale Effekt des Kinesiologischen Tapings – die gezielte Entlastung und Aktivierung von Muskeln sowie die Unterstützung der Lymph- und Gewebszirkulation – weitgehend aus.Indifferent ist die Schutzfolie, denn sie ist in Längsrichtung vorgestanzt. So ist sie zwar für solche Anlagen, die in Längsrichtung geschnitten werden, von Vorteil, will man aber das ganze Tape aufbringen, ist es fisselig, die Folie beim Tapen abzuziehen.Für den reinen Alltag und Freizeitsport, also zur leichten Unterstützung oder als kurzfristige Entlastung, kann das Tape durchaus genutzt werden. Es haftet ordentlich, lässt sich gut aufbringen und entfernen und ist angenehm auf der Haut. Wer jedoch einen echten therapeutischen Nutzen erwartet – etwa zur Stabilisierung von Gelenken oder zur Behandlung muskulärer Beschwerden – wird hier enttäuscht sein.Angesichts der eher durchschnittlichen Leistung und des relativ hohen Preises bietet das SISSEL EPIFLOW Tape kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Fazit: Für den gelegentlichen Hobbysport brauchbar, für ernsthafte sportliche Anwendungen jedoch zu schwach ausgelegt. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Gutes Kinesiotape mit leichten Abzügen
Ich benutze Kinesiotape, seit vielen Jahren. Ich habe als Sporttherapeut einige Zusatzausbildungen in der Bereich absolviert und habe positive Erfahrungen mit dieser Art von Tape insbesondere zur Schmerzbehandlung gemacht. Ich habe über die Jahre viele namenhafte und -lose Tapes ausprobiert. Dieses Tape ist solide, hat eine ganz gute Haftkraft und hält somit mehrere Tage lang sehr gut. Der Kleber ist gut verträglich und hat im bewährten Stil unterstützend gewirkt.Ich finde 2 Sachen aber tatsächlich nicht soooo gut:1) das Tape hält die Spannung nicht so gut, soll heißen, es ist relativ dünn und hat damit weniger Stretchwirkung.2) die vorgefertigten Rillen auf dem Papier auf der Taperückseite sorgen dafür, dass das Tape weniger Stabilität hat und sich leichter einrollt bei der Applikation.Die zwei Punkte sind im Gesamtbild Kleinigkeiten, deshalb würde ich dem Tape immer noch 4/5 Sterne geben.
Eine Rolle für alles
Sissel hat gute Tapes.man muss jede Methode zur Erleichterung nutzen, die keine Nebenwirkungen hat. Und da ist TAPEN ideal. Nutze es selbst als Physiotherapeutin für mein Handgelenk und das Knie meines Ehemanns. Es gibt ihm Schmerzlinderung. Super dass es NICHT vorgeschnitten ist gut, weil ich es auch anders nutzen kann.
Praktisches Kinesiology Tape, gut anpassbar
Das Kinesiology Tape macht einen soliden Eindruck. Es klebt zunächst gut und lässt sich einfach auf die gewünschte Größe zuschneiden, was die Anwendung sehr flexibel macht.Ich habe das Tape unter anderem für meine Rückenschmerzen ausprobiert. Hier konnte es leider nur bedingt helfen – die Wirkung war spürbar, aber nicht stark genug, um die Beschwerden vollständig zu lindern. Für meine Knie hingegen war es ideal. Das Tape stützt und stabilisiert das Gelenk sehr gut und erleichtert mir Sport und Bewegung spürbar.Die Qualität des Materials ist angenehm auf der Haut und das Tape lässt sich gut anbringen. Allerdings könnte die Haftung etwas länger halten, vor allem bei stärkerer Beanspruchung oder längerem Tragen.Fazit: Ein gutes Kinesiology Tape, das sich leicht anpassen lässt und für Gelenke wie Knie sehr effektiv ist. Für Rückenschmerzen ist es eher unterstützend, aber nicht vollständig wirksam. Insgesamt praktisch für Sport und Alltag, wenn man flexible Anwendungsmöglichkeiten sucht.
