Apply the tape to the skin: Stretch only the middle parts (no more than 70%). The first and last centimetres of the tape should always be attached without stretching. Do not stretch the ends of the tape. Gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive. B. Remove the tape: Remove the tape gently with warm soapy water (ideal is showering or bathing). Baby oil and vegetable oil are also a good choice. Application: the tape should be approx. 1 week, whereby the main effect is expected in the first 4-7 days after the installation. You can shower, bathe, swim or do sports with the tape applied. Even sweating is possible under the tape.
Super Tape, super Klebkraft und hilft bestens
Also ich kann die ganzen negativen Kommentare zur Klebkraft überhaupt nicht verstehen. Habe das Tape seit über 1 Woche dran und es hält super und hilft auch! Ich vermute mal, diejenigen haben es nach dem Aufkleben nicht warm gerieben, um den Kleber auch zu aktivieren. Also ich bin begeistert - super Produkt zum Spitzen Preis! Kann es nur empfehlen!
Kleben nicht gut
Halten nur 1-2 Tage auch bei korrekter Anwendung also haut vorher waschen.

Die Tapes sind ganz okey, der Halt könnte aber bisschen besser sein.

Entgegen einiger Meinungen hier hält das Tape super. Hatte Lymphtape damit geklebt und es hielt sehr gut und auch viel länger wie Markenware. Es sind auch keine Kleberückstände auf der Haut zurück geblieben.
Ich empfehle es weiter
Ganz tolle Dinger. Benutze sie als Unterstützung beim Sport. Habe sie schon bald wieder verbraucht. Angenehm im Tragen, keine Körperreaktion. Bei richtigem Anbringen keine Schwierigkeiten beim Abziehen

Kleberkraft nach 2 Minuten NULL
Leider nur 1 Stern . Ich nutzte schon Tape seit Jahren und das ist das einzige mangelhafte wenn um Haftung geht . Es geht ab und lässt sich nicht mehr befestigen.

Estoy muy contenta por la calidad, la cantidad y el precio. Soy una persona hiperlaxa y por lo tanto, sufro de dolores musculares porque mis extremidades se van deformando. Así que hice un curso profesional de vendaje neuromuscular y así me lo puedo aplicar yo misma. Este en concreto es resistente al agua y al sudo de +40º de la Costa del Sol.Yo lo recomiendo. Lo he escogido en tres colores diferentes porque me parece más molón pero vamos, hay opciones de otros colores.
