    Ein wunderbares, wunderbares Album, auch schon 32 (!) Jahre alt. Die wundervolle Sade Adu schaffte es hier, ihre Stimme zwischen eisiger Unterkühltheit ("No Ordinary Love") und souliger Wärme ("Cherish The Day, "Kiss Of Life") oszillieren zu lassen. Das Album ist bewusst glatt produziert, aber im positiven Sinne: Es klingt wie Noten gewordener Alabaster - wie auch zehn Jahre zuvor "Avalon" von Roxy Music. Makellos, kein Gramm zu viel. Absolut zeitlose Musik, danach kamen von Adu, Denman, Hale und Matthewman leider nur noch zwei Alben, die mich nicht mehr ganz so begeistern konnten. "Love Deluxe" in der Tat, auch das Cover bildet die Schönheit dieser neun Songs gut ab. PS. Leider gab es nie ein Reissue mit Bonustracks, auf YouTube kann man sich aber zumindest die samtige, instrumentale "Kiss Of Life"-B-Seite "Room 55" anhören.

    Super Musik…., hoch erotisch, sehr emotionell, ein Klassiker…., Sade‘s Stimme, auch ihre Darbietungen(DVD) sind einfach Top…, als Musikhörer und Liebender der schönen Musik muss man alles von Sade haben…, am Besten sin natürlich die Lieder, die nicht x-Mal im Radio zum Lückenfüllen gesendet werden…, meine Empfehlung…!!!!!

    Musik sehr gut......Aufnahme auch gut, leider 3 dB Bass Anhebung drauf, jetzt auch für bassschwache Anlagen geeignet.....

    For me this is the best album Sade ever made. It's a timeless minimalistic masterpiece and every track is great. Very enjoyable as a vinyl LP although the minimalism does benefit from the flawlessness of the CD format too.
