Large structure
Fantastic build!! My son who just turned 13 received for Christmas, he was engrossed for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed building it, he didn't want it to end!The set itself is beautiful to look at, with fantastic detail all throughout the set. It's a large structure and box that it comes in is also large.My son would give this set 10/10I would give Amazon 10/10 packaging was fantastic and delivered without a blemish.

Das LEGO-Set Barad-dûr ist ein beeindruckendes Highlight für alle „Der Herr der Ringe“-Fans. Der detailgetreu nachgebaute dunkle Turm Saurons überzeugt mit seiner imposanten Höhe, vielen liebevollen Anspielungen auf die Filmvorlage und einer Vielzahl spannender Bautechniken. Besonders gelungen sind das Auge Saurons an der Spitze sowie die zahlreichen versteckten Räume und Funktionen im Inneren des Turms.Auch die Auswahl der Minifiguren ist stark: ikonische Charaktere wie Sauron selbst sorgen dafür, dass sich das Set nicht nur als Sammlerstück, sondern auch zum Spielen eignet. Zwar ist der Aufbau aufgrund der Größe recht zeitaufwendig, dafür wird man aber mit einem absolut epischen Modell belohnt, das als Blickfang in jeder Sammlung dient.Insgesamt ist Barad-dûr ein Muss für Fans der Reihe und eines der eindrucksvollsten Sets, die LEGO bisher zu Mittelerde veröffentlicht hat.
Einfach wow
Der Hammer. Mein bislang größtes lego Set, hat wirklich Spaß beim Bauen gemacht. Wunderschöne Details vom Fisch für Gollum, das ork Skelett im Verlies, sauron auf seinem Weg klappbaren thron mit palantir dahinter bis hin zum heleuchtbaren allsehendem Auge. Absolut großartig! Sehr imposantes bauwerk. Auch die bei einigen nicht sehr beliebten Klebesticker tragen zur Atmosphäre bei. In der black week stark reduziert, daher auch Preis OK.
Ein halber Turm...
...dafür voller Bauspaß! Ich bin ein riesiger Herr der Ringe-Fan. Dennoch habe ich aufgrund von Pubertät die allererste Welle, die von 2012 bis 2014 von Lego produziert wurde, komplett verpasst. Gott sei Dank verdiene ich nun mein eigenes Geld und kann damit machen, was ich will, denn der Preis hat es bei den bisher drei erschienenen ICONS-Sets in sich.Abseits davon haben wir das Set hier bei Amazon für 414€ bekommen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Sets anderer Lizenzen finde ich das einigermaßen OK, wenn man sich sowas denn leisten möchte. Man kann sicher argumentieren, dass das zu teuer ist, für das, was man kriegt. Aber das kann man ja immer.Ich kaufe Sets, weil ich sie bauen will, das Sammeln ist mir schnuppe, wie auch ein Wiederverkaufswert. Ich kaufe, damit ich Spaß und Ablenkung vom Alltag habe, und das hatte ich mit diesem Set gewaltig.Das Bauwerk hat viele positive Aspekte. Obwohl man den Turm im Film nur wenige Minuten sieht und den Designern nur wenige Ausschnitte zur Verfügung standen, ist er sehr detailiert. Ich war erst skeptisch, ob die Farbgebung zu sehr im Vordergrund steht, aber es ergibt sich ein weitestgehend guter Kontrast mit dem vielen Schwarz. Einen Ticken dunkler hätte er noch sein können. Die Bauabschnitte werden nicht langweilig. Allerdings ist es grundsätzlich sehr einfach den Turm zu bauen, ich würde sagen, dass Lego da das Alter grundsätzlich herabsetzen könnte und auch ein 12-Jähriger bereits gut damit zurechtkäme. Es finden sich nur wenige schwere Bauabschnitte. Insgesamt ist der Turm robust konstruiert und dank dem Innenleben auch bespielbar. Wenn einem das knapp 460€ wert sind. Es ist halt eher ein Display-Modell. Es finden sich einige wenige Funktionen, im Thronsaal, in der Waffenkammer und besonders auch dem Auge. Diese sind OK. Das Licht im Auge ist witzig, jedoch wäre bei diesem Modell tatsächlich ein Lightkit von einem Drittanbieter cooler. Wenn das Set an der Wand steht, dann sind wir ganz ehrlich, betätigt nie wieder jemand das Licht.Und wo wir bei dem Thema sind: Man könnte nun, wie manchen Youtuber, meckern, dass es sich um ein halbes Set handelt. Kalt, das ist es. Es ist ein halbes Set. Will ich eine Rückseite, so muss ich einen Zweiten kaufen. Das wird dann auch teuer. Ich könnte mir auch einen Turm MOCen, auch teuer. Man könnte auch darauf warten, dass andere Hersteller von Klemmbausteinen die Lizenz ergattern. Wären sie besser? Wäre der Preis günstiger? Kein Plan. Es wird wohl auch nicht soweit kommen.Fakt ist: Lego ist teuer. Dieses Set ist teuer. War mir das Set es wert? Definitiv. Ich hätte Spaß, das ist wichtig. Wenn euch dieser Spaß das Geld wert ist, dann ist es das auch. Und darum geht es.Im Vergleich zu Bruchtal muss ich dann aber doch sagen, dass dieses Set hier lange nicht dran kommt. Hätte ich nur für ein Set von den beiden Budget übrig, würde ich Bruchtal kaufen.Ansonsten sind die Sets der Herr der Ringe Reihe alle solide.Fazit: Barad-Dûr als erstes Set der Bösen ist gelungen, macht Spaß, die Minifiguren sind cool designed und Alles in Allem würde ich es Die-Hard-Herr-der-Ringe-Fans empfehlen. Wenn es jemanden nur um ein interessantes Modell geht oder man wählen muss, dann gibt es durchaus bessere Sets, wie eben Bruchtal.Allen, die sich für den Kauf entscheiden: Viel Spaß beim Bauen.P.S.: Amazon verpackt die Sets mittlerweilen gleichermaßen wie Lego. Mein Set kam in der Lego-Umverpackung + Amazonkarton und war absolut ausreichend geschützt. Danke dafür.

Das erste, was an diesem Set auffällt, ist die detailreiche Gestaltung der Dunklen Turmfestung. Die Architektur fängt die düstere Atmosphäre von Barad-Dûr perfekt ein. Die zahlreichen kleinen Details, von den filigranen Zinnen bis hin zu dem charakteristischen Auge Saurons, verleihen dem Set ein authentisches Aussehen. Die Verwendung von verschiedenen Steinfarben und -texturen sorgt für zusätzliche Tiefe und Variation.Insgesamt ist das Lego Set Barad-Dûr ein beeindruckendes Modell, das sowohl Sammler als auch Fans von „Der Herr der Ringe“ begeistern wird. Die Kombination aus detailreichem Design, solider Bauqualität und nostalgischem Flair macht es zu einem Highlight in jeder Sammlung. Auch wenn es einige kleinere Einschränkungen hinsichtlich der Spielfunktionen gibt, überwiegen die positiven Aspekte deutlich. Ich kann dieses Set jedem empfehlen, der ein Fan von J.R.R. Tolkiens Werk ist oder einfach nur gerne mit Lego baut.

Da collezionista e fan sfegatato del Signore degli Anelli, non mi sono lasciato sfuggire la fantastica offerta su questo set che reputo leggendario.La confezione è arrivata perfettamente integra e ottimamente imballata in brown-box, senza alcun tipo di anno.Il pacco è pesante, mastodontico, imponente, mai avuto un Lego così pesante. Emozione pura!Lo apro e si rileva subito la scatola LEGO nera, che incute timore ma suscita allo stesso emozioni di ogni tipo per chi Barad-Dur l'ha vista solo nel film o letta nei libri. Averla in casa è tutta un'altra storia!La scatola è suddivisa in 3 blocchi distinti al suo interno, ognuna composta dai pezzi necessari per comporre ciascuno dei 3 blocchi della torre, a partire dalla base realizzata incredibilmente bene, con dettagli sublimi, con pezzi di Lego creati apposta per questo set (come i dettagli di color arancio per simulare la colata di lava ai piedi della torre).Pezzo dopo pezzo, minuto dopo minuto, la torre viene poco a poco costruita, rivelando dettagli incredibili che solo Lego poteva realizzare in maniera pressochè impeccabile. La parte più emozionante è però l'ultima, l'Occhio di Sauron, bellissimo e imponente come non mai, pronto a vegliare sulla Terra di Mezzo!I dettagli non sono solo all'esterno della torre però, anche ciascuna stanza ha un considerevole numero di dettagli, easter-egg, segreti e quant'altro da mostrare agli amici ammiratori.Il numero di minifig è notevole, tra orchi, Sam e Frodo, Gollum col suo pesciolino e infine la Bocca di Sauron e Sauron stesso, magnifico, enorme!Non manca qualche piccolo difetto però:- sono state inserite alcuni elementi che contengono un eccessivo numero di pezzi che si potrebbero comporre tranquillamente in maniera più furba utilizzando meno pezzi (forse è una mossa semplicemente per aumentare il totale dei pezzi in quanto non aggiungono nessun dettaglio aggiuntivo rilevante, alcune volte)- la base con la lava è molto bella ricca di dettagli ma alcune parti peccano di solidità, specie i punti in cui la lava è di colore giallo, spesso muovendo la torre nel suo insieme alcuni pezzi si stacca e rimangono letteralmente in mano. Avrei optato per alcune soluzioni diverse ma più solide ed allo stesso tempo ricche di dettagli.- il LED dell'occhio di Suaron lo avrei reso fisso con apposito interruttore, invece si accende solamente tenendo premuto un tastoConsiglio quest'opera d'arte a tutti gli appassionati LEGO e del Signore degli Anelli, soprattutto se è in offerta!

Étant fan du Seigneur des Anneaux depuis toujours, ce set 10333 était un passage obligé. Après plusieurs jours de montage, le résultat est tout simplement époustouflant. C'est imposant, détaillé et d'une fidélité incroyable au film.Ce qui rend ce set exceptionnel :La stature et l'esthétique : Une fois terminée, la tour est immense (plus de 80 cm de haut). Le mélange de noir et d'orange translucide pour la lave donne un contraste magnifique. L'œil de Sauron au sommet est parfaitement réussi et peut pivoter, ce qui rend l'ensemble très dynamique.Les détails intérieurs : Ce n'est pas qu'une façade ! On découvre à l'arrière la forge des Orques, la salle du trône de Sauron avec un palantír, et même la cellule de Gollum. Chaque étage regorge de "clins d'œil" à la saga.Les minifigurines exclusives : La figurine de Sauron est le clou du spectacle, elle est magnifique. Le set inclut aussi Frodon, Sam et Gollum, ainsi que Gothmog et des Orques pour peupler la forteresse. C’est une sélection très complète.L’expérience de construction : Le montage est complexe mais jamais ennuyeux. On voit la tour s'élever petit à petit avec des techniques de construction ingénieuses pour les angles des murs.Petit conseil :Prévoyez une place de choix sur vos étagères ! Sa hauteur nécessite un espace dédié, et elle mérite d'être bien éclairée pour faire ressortir les détails de la lave et la brique lumineuse de l'œil.Verdict : Certes, c'est un investissement, mais pour la qualité du design et le plaisir de construction, il vaut chaque centime. C’est le cadeau ultime pour un collectionneur adulte ou un fan absolu de la Terre du Milieu. Une réussite totale !
