Super Erweiterung für unseren Kaltwintergarten
Wirklich ein schmucker Kamin für unseren Kaltwintergarten. Man soll natürlich keine Wunder bezüglich der Temperatursteigerung erwarten. Dennoch macht der Kamin schön warm und erzeugt ein wunderbares Ambiente.An die Lautstärke (ein leises „Knattern“ gewöhnt man sich).
Tolles Produkt
Ich kann die teilweise negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen - der Kamin kam gut verpackt und in tadellosen Zustand bei mir an. Der Aufbau und Anschluss war gut erklärt und konnte problemlos durchgeführt werden.Das Produkt sieht absolut hochwertig aus und die Flame wirkt natürlich und ist gut einstellbar. Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.UND - die Abdeckhaube passt sehr wohl auch mit angebrachten Glaszylinder auf den Kamin - es bleiben dann halt unten ein paar cm nicht abgedeckt - dies sehe ich nicht als Problem!
Toller Gaskamin, aber…
Der Gaskamin ist hervorragend. Etwas laut, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran :-)Abzug bei den Sternen?Wir haben den Gaskamin ausgewiesen „mit optischen Mängeln“ reduziert gekauft.Eine große Delle befand sich auch im Gehäuse, stört aber nach Bearbeitung durch unseren Schmied nicht mehr so sehr. ABER, die versprochene Schutzhülle fehlte im Lieferumfang.Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hersteller wurde eine Vorgangsnummer erfragt und das war es dann auch. Seit Wochen keine Reaktion.Ob uns eine Hülle nachgeliefert wird oder der gabze Artikel zurück gesendet werden muss blieb unbeantwortet.Ich habe jetzt auf eigene Kosten eine Schutzhülle gekauft da ich, allein wegen der Sicherheit, den Gaskamin nicht weiter schutzlos stehen lassen konnte.Fazit: tolles Produkt, schlechter bis gar kein Kundenservice!fraglich ob wir noch einmal bei Amazon etwas „gebrauchtes“ kaufen :-(

Die Flammenhöhe lässt sich leicht regulieren, sodass er sowohl an lauen Sommerabenden als auch an kühlen Herbstnächten für die passende Wärme sorgt. 😊Die integrierten Griffe machen den Kamin transportabel, allerdings ohne Gummierung, weshalb empfindliche Hände beim Umstellen lieber Handschuhe verwenden sollten. Das geringe Gewicht erleichtert das Umplatzieren, doch mit angeschlossener Gasflasche sollte man diese besser separat transportieren. Teuer, schlecht durchdacht und voller Frust – absolut keine Kaufempfehlung
Ich habe mir den Planika BINO Terrassenheizer bestellt und bin ehrlich gesagt maßlos enttäuscht. Für knapp 400 € habe ich ein hochwertiges, durchdachtes Gerät erwartet – bekommen habe ich das komplette Gegenteil.Schon beim Aufbau ging’s los: Es lag nicht mal eine Anleitung bei. Und die Konstruktion ist völlig unpraktisch – um die Gasflasche einzusetzen, muss man das komplette Gerät über die Flasche stülpen. Total umständlich, und eine richtige Befestigungsmöglichkeit der Flasche fehlt. Das wirkt, als hätte bei der Entwicklung niemand darüber nachgedacht, wie man das Gerät in der Praxis nutzen soll.Verarbeitung? Ebenfalls enttäuschend. Bei der Lieferung hatte mein Gerät Beulen – für diesen Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Dazu kommt, dass der mitgelieferte Wetterschutzüberzug gar nicht richtig passt: Um ihn vollständig über das Gerät zu ziehen, müsste ich die runde Glasscheibe oben abnehmen – was bedeutet, ich müsste die auch noch separat lagern, nur damit die Plane sitzt. Das ist einfach unnötig kompliziert und hätte man mit ein paar Zentimetern mehr Stoff leicht vermeiden können.Dann zur Funktion selbst: Die Hitze entweicht komplett nach oben – das liegt zwar an der offenen Bauweise, aber bei anderen Planika-Modellen gibt’s dafür eine Abdeckung oder Lenkscheibe aus Edelstahl, die die Wärme zur Seite ableitet. Beim BINO fehlt sowas komplett. Dass man diese nicht mal optional nachkaufen kann, ist noch ärgerlicher. Bei dem Preis hätte sie einfach dabei sein müssen.Fazit: Das Gerät sieht vielleicht auf Produktbildern gut aus, aber das war’s dann auch. Alles andere – Aufbau, Bedienung, Zubehör, Wärmeverteilung, Verarbeitungsqualität – ist einfach nicht durchdacht und das Geld absolut nicht wert. Ich kann vom Kauf nur abraten.

Product arrived dented on both sides by the ignition button. The product works and looks good but too much of a pain to return due to size and packaging. Was able to pull in the dent a bit on one side without damaging the finish. Will have that side facing the house!!

In questo periodo prefestivo, dispiace scrivere una brutta recensione, quindi la scrivo media. Il primo camino Bino è arrivato con il vetro temperato a frantumi. Dopo il reso accettato a costo totale di 0€, è arrivata la sostituzione. Non ci sono le ruote, quindi non è portatile ma trainable sul pavimento a meno di farsi un carrello apposito perché il camino di 15 kg + la bombola di almeno 20 kg (di cui 10 kg di gas) è davvero pesante. Per sollevarlo con le “comode maniglie”, come viene descritto, servono guanti pesanti, in quanto le maniglie sono tagliate nella lamiera. Per quanto riguarda il telo o la custodia, non è esistente nel pacco come promesso da Planika. Molto costoso per un prodotto di rifiniture e qualità scarsa. Paghiamo solo un bel design, con la firma Planika in bella mostra sul camino ( che ho nascosta) . Le pietre laviche sono di qualità, credo che sia ossidiana rossa, ho aggiunte le mie piccole ossidiane nere di lipari e i fuochi di neve che sopporta il fuoco fino a 1200 gradi. L’EFFETTO è bello, il CALORE molto efficiente per la mia cucina sul terrazzo anche d’inverno. Ringrazio Amazon per la tempistica della consegna, ma non per il servizio clienti perché avevo solo richiesto la sostituzione del vetro frantumato del primo camino. Impossibile richiedere le ruote e il telo di custodia mancanti nel pacco e pagati con l’acquisto. Buone feste a tutti

Preciosa estufa. Funciona genial, la llama es muy relajante y calienta bastante bien.Como sugerencia, podrían incluir una base con ruedas para facilitar su desplazamiento. Yo la he hecho en casa con madera, pintura y unas ruedas y es mucho más cómodo y fácil de transportar.
