    Scalp treatment

    I have been trying to grow my hair longer and wanted to focus on the health of my scalp to make the at happen. This treatment helps to detoxify my scalp, which will in turn create a healthy place for longer hair to grow. It was pretty easy to apply because of the shape of the tube this comes in, it felt good while being used, and did not cause any skin issues or irritation whatsoever. Overall I have been pleased with this product and liked the results it gave me.

    This exfoliating detox scalp scrub worked well for my preteen son. I did have to help him to ensure the scrub was fully rinsed out. Has a tea tree oil type smell, which is to be expected, but he experienced no issues with sensitivity or irritation. Comes in a nice leak-free and travel-friendly tube. Overall, the product seemed to do a great job at what I think it was intended for, just not something we find ourselves often reaching for.

    With all the products that I use and because I don’t wash my hair every single day due to my hair extensions I find I need to use a clarifying shampoo or scrub such as this one to clean out some of the buildup. The step was super gentle on my scalp and the hair at my roots feels so clean and bouncy after using. It has a mild scent that isn’t overpowering. Overall, I would recommend this exfoliating gel!

    The scalp exfoliator really works but it's kind of hard to rinse out. I'll tend to get a lot of build up with my coarse curly hair because I use a lot of leave in conditioner especially in the summertime when I wear my hair up. I honestly only used this once because it was so hard to rinse out the first time.

    Lazartique scalp exfoliating scrub was just ok.Packaging: The 2.5 oz tube was delivered in a box. Neither the box nor the tube was safety sealed, so that was not a good first impression. There are very little directions for this product, but the product description is given in multiple languages. The tube does have an applicator spout-- very important to using the product, even though the directions do not mention it.Product:First, only apply this while you are already in the shower unless you love the idea of sweeping up microbes from all over your floor. If you have any length to your hair, you must use the tube's applicator tip to apply the scrub directly to your scalp! I first pooled the scrub in my hand in order to apply with my fingers, but noticed the itty bitty blue microspheres and realized my mistake. After applying what I could out of my palm, I used the tube's tip to draw the line through my hair for application.Sadly, I didn't really feel any scrub action from the blue microbeads. The white opaque gel has a pleasant clean unisex scent- neither flowery nor musky. The scent didn't linger after rinsing anyway. What I did notice was the sound of the little blue beads dropping on my floor while massaging the gel into my scalp. That resulted in a clean up of my bathroom after my shower was done.I did allow about 5 minutes for this scrub to sink in before washing, but I honestly didn't notice any difference in my scalp or hair after this application. For thirty dollars at time of writing, I would consider this to be overhyped.
