A brilliant fan, well worth the money
I bought this fan after reading a review in my national newspaper and it entirely lived up to the top billing it received.lt's a lot of fan for the money. It's extremely quiet at lower settings, giving you enough breeze without disturbing your sleep. The 3 level backlight is a nice touch. The fan can oscillate horizontally and / or vertically. The remote control is however a weak point - it doesn't always respond as expected but once you've set it for your comfort level, the on/ off button is all you need. Feeling tired or lazy? Just set the fan to the Sleep program and it gently reduces airflow to zero over a 20 minute cycle. Recommended.

Perfect fan
This fan is perfect! It cools the room instantly and the design is beautiful. I especially love the built-in light, it’s bright and very stylish.
Quiet and elegant with some minor design issues
Had this for about a year now. It’s a great fan, extremely quiet and effective. It loses a star though from some minor issues. After a year it has started to make a small clicking sound on lower speeds. The remote is a bit annoying to use in the dark since it’s symmetrical so you can’t tell which button is which. There’s also no button to extinguish the led light so you have to wait 20-30 seconds for it to automatically go off. The default setting is beep on which is unnecessarily loud. Just some minor issues they could have addressed during design.
Can the quality fit the looks?
Okay the device seems really nice. Even in higher modes still quiite silent. Looks good too. All in all quite good. But we‘ ll see in the long run, if the quality fits the looks.But there was no remote. Just missing. So customer service contact via email was also very nice and promising.
Nicely designed product
Amazing, super quiet and powerful fan. Ideal for hot summer nights. Remote control and self assembly are super intuitive. I did not agree with the amount of packaging. Items original packaging was further wrapped in thick plastic foil. Amazon- no need for another box and paper cushions. 😉
Been keeping me cool at night.
I bought this fan after reading a number of independent reviews that placed it at or near the top. At time of writing I'd only had it for a week and am very pleased with it. It's keeping me cool at night.The Lume fan is smaller and lighter than my old and now very noisy fan. I was concerned that, due to its height, it wouldn't be effective at cooling me in my highish bed. I need not have worried. The fact that the Lume oscillates up and down as well as side to side means it can be set to the perfect point of air flow. Takes a bit of time to perfect that though.It's been so hot these last few days that the fan has had a decent test. It is virtually silent in operation at the lower speeds. I think at speed 6 (there are 12 speeds) I can just hear a bit of a whisper but that did not disturb me at all during the night. And it kept me cool. Obviously it doesn't chill the air: it is not an air conditioner.The fan was easy to put together although the initial packaging was hard to remove. Although it is comparatively light in weight, it doesn't feel unstable; it's a solid build. Carrying it about is easy as the wire can be removed from the fan so it is not a trip hazard when carrying it. It's a nice looking fan and about as unobtrusive as it can be for a pedestal fan.While there is an LED display on the front which lights up when you use the remote, it thankfully turns off within a minute or less so there is no light to disturb you.Cons: The remote control feels thin and somewhat insubstantial and it's hard to know which way it is pointing when trying to use it in the dark. I expect I'll get used to it.I'm also not convinced by the backlight (does not come on unless you press the button!) but as it's not compulsory to use it I can safely ignore its existence. It's a pleasant amber colour but I'm not sure of its purpose.
Semplicemente perfetto
Meraviglioso. L’ho acquistato dopo aver letto una recensione ottima sul guardian, ho poi letto anche le recensioni su Amazon e sembrava troppo bello per essere vero. E invece è proprio ottimo, niente da dire (forse il prezzo un po’ alto? Ma onestamente vale quello che costa). Modalità sleep semplicemente perfetta, prima usavo il condizionatore per qualche ora e poi mi svegliavo per il caldo, questo può essere lasciato al minimo fino al mattino e ci si sveglia sereni, riposati, non sudati e senza il raffreddore da condizionatore. Design molto bello, non occupa troppo spazio, materiali di qualità, anche La luce sul retro è un tocco in più molto apprezzato. Segnalo che, a differenza di quanto letto nelle recensioni Amazon, il display dopo un minuto si spegne, quindi assolutamente no problem da utilizzare la notte.

Je viens de recevoir le produit. Gros carton avec un emballage peu rassurant... en l ouvrant je découvre le carton du produit avec 1 film plastique épais qui permet de vérifier que le produit n a pas été ouvert.A l intérieur le produit est très bien embalé avec des moulages en carton pour assurer que le produit ne subisse pas de chocs et arrive cassé.Montage en 30s: 2 tubes avec pas de vis large à assembler. 1 cable à brancher. C est prêt à l emploi!12 puissance de vitesse. Jusqu'à la 3 aucun bruit. Absolument aucun. A partir de 4, on entend à peine et ce Jusqu'à 6. Le mode nuit diminue la vitesse de 1 toutes les 30mn pour rester sur 1 sauf si le timer est programmé: Il s eteindra tout seul. Perso jusqu'à la puissance 10 vous pouvez regarder la tv meme avec 1 son faible il ne vous genera pas. La puissance du ventilo est vraiment efficace.Les témoignages en anglais disent que la led de l ecran reste allumée, c est faux. Elle s eteind au bout de quelques secondes.L ecran sur le ventilo est tactile..Le bip de la telecommande se désactive et le bruit qu elle peut faire tendra à disparaitre avec l utilisation et suivant comment vous pressez les boutons elle ne fait pas de bruit!Les oscillations sont totalement silencieuses a l horizontale comme a la verticale et vous pouvez choisir 3 angles d oscillations : 30° 60° et 90°. Un bouton pause vous permet d ailleurs de figer le ventilo dans votre direction sans avoir a vous déplacer pour l'orienter vers vous!Seul bémol et oui y en a un. De haut en bas il oscille d une postion fixe face a vous vers le haut mais sans descendre. Donc il monte et reviens de face. Ainsi si vous etes proche du sol il faut le mettre en position basse.Et dernier point en anglais il est dit qu il ne fonctionne pas s'il est branché sur une rallonge. C est faux. Il fonctionne très bien video à l'appui.Le micro de mon tel est vraiment sensible, il capte le bruit ambiant ( j avais mes fenetres ouvertes et on entend tres clairement les oiseaux). Je vous assure que le produit est très silencieuxTrès très satisfait de cet achat. D aspect robuste, les matériaux ne font pas cheap. Base lourde évitant qu il tombe trop facilement.
