    Mit eiskaltem Espresso und Mandelmilch besonders lecker

    Ich bereite mir für diesen Shake mehrere entkoffeinierte Espressi zu und stelle sie über Nacht in den Kühlschrank. Am nächsten Tag mixe ich den Bodylab24 Protein Coffee Decaf mit den eiskalten Espressi und Mandelmilch.So entsteht ein sehr leckerer, cremiger Proteinshake mit intensivem Kaffeegeschmack, aber ohne die anregende Wirkung von Koffein. Gerade deshalb kann ich ihn auch später am Tag problemlos trinken.Das Pulver lässt sich gut mixen und passt für mich geschmacklich hervorragend zu kaltem Espresso. In dieser Kombination ist der Shake inzwischen zu einem echten Genuss geworden und nicht nur eine Möglichkeit, zusätzlich Protein aufzunehmen.
