Product Defect
I received the rollator yesterday. Earlier this afternoon, when assembling it, I found that the left handlebar couldn't be tightened (see photos attached); the handlebar remains swinging around. As the result, the product is unsafe.

Purchased as a gift for a 65 year old woman with a broken ankle. Crutches were too cumbersome and difficult. This allows her to sit and scoot around during the more acute phase, and will be helpful when the time comes for gradual weight bearing.The quality is great. It’s heavy and sturdy, and rolls very smoothly. Assembly was very straightforward- everything is marked 1 goes with 1, 2 goes with 2, and so on. It is cumbersome and off balance as you assemble, so if you need it for your back or something, you will probably need help assembling.
