    Das ist das erste Belohnungssystem das in meiner Klasse funktioniert. Es ist einfach umzusetzen, auch für KollegInnen die andere Fächer unterrichten und für die Kinder immer gut sichtbar und nachvollziehbar.

    Nutze es um die Klassenregeln einzuführen und auch einzuhalten. Meine quasseln sehr gerne, durch das Glas ist es möglich die 20 Min Arbeitsphase zu intensivieren durch ein leises Arbeiten, woran sie sich gegenseitig erinnern. Wenn das Glas voll ist, dürfen sie ein Spiel oder Experiment aussuchen.

    Die Sterne sind bunt und das Glas sieht echt schick aus – perfekt für Schule oder Zuhause. Nur fehlten bei meiner Lieferung die Füße, ich habe das Glas dementsprechend aufgehangen.Das Kind freut sich immer, wenn es einen Stern ins Glas legen darf, und es ist schön zu sehen, wie stolz es auf den Fortschritt ist. Das Glas ist stabil, aber man sollte trotzdem vorsichtig damit umgehen. ICh musste einige Schrauben fester anziehen.Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man nicht immer teure Spielsachen als Belohnung kaufen muss – die Sterne reichen als kleine Anerkennung völlig aus. Wenn das Glas voll ist, kann man dann eine größere Belohnung geben, was die Motivation noch erhöht.Insgesamt eine super Idee, die ich weiterempfehlen kann! Ich kann aber leider nur 4 Sterne vergeben, weil bei meinem Exemplar die Füße gefehlt haben, und eine Schraube locker war.

    Das Belohnungsglas Magnetisch ist eine interessante Idee, um Kinder zu motivieren und ihr gutes Verhalten zu fördern, sowohl zu Hause als auch in der Schule. Das Konzept eines Belohnungsglases, das mit Sternen gefüllt werden kann, ist grundsätzlich eine gute Möglichkeit, positives Verhalten zu belohnen und Kinder zu ermutigen, sich an bestimmte Regeln zu halten.Leider gibt es bei diesem Glas einen großen Nachteil: Es ist einfach zu groß. Die Kinder benötigen viel zu viel Zeit, um das Glas zu füllen, was die Motivation verringern kann. Gerade für kleinere Kinder kann es frustrierend sein, wenn sie über einen langen Zeitraum nur wenige Sterne sammeln können. Die Belohnung scheint aufgrund der Größe des Glases kaum erreichbar, was den Belohnungszweck eher fragwürdig macht.Das Glas selbst und die 100 Sterne sind ansonsten von guter Qualität und lassen sich einfach verwenden, jedoch fehlt es an einem effektiven Mechanismus, der den Anreiz in einem angemessenen Zeitraum steigert. Die Idee ist gut, aber die Umsetzung könnte in Bezug auf Größe und Belohnungsmechanismus verbessert werden.Fazit: Das Belohnungsglas ist eine nette Idee, jedoch ist es aufgrund seiner Größe nicht optimal für die Motivation von Kindern. Die Belohnung wirkt aufgrund des langen Füllprozesses weniger ansprechend, was die Wirksamkeit des Systems einschränkt. Es wäre besser, ein kleineres Glas oder ein System mit schneller erreichbaren Zielen zu wählen.

    Just perfect ! Someone said the jar is too big, and it takes too long to fill it up, but here is my take on it: more stars means it is possible to adjust the child's "earnings" based on the level of difficulty of the activity they have completed. A small jar with few stars would make this difficult: you would have to wait for the child to complete several activities before awarding them just one star, which is not as effective at stimulating their motivation. So it's a 5/5 from me!

    Preso per mia nipote e apprezzato sia da lei che dalla mamma.E' davvero facile da assemblare ed è praticamente tutto in legno/compensato.Anche le stelline sono in legno e vengono staccate da una lastra di compensato a piacere.Ricevere le stelline come ricompensa è divertente per la bimba e portare a termine piccoli compiti diventa un gioco e un piacere.Credo che questo sia un metodo davvero stimolante da utilizzare nelle prime fasi dell'insegnamento.

Mis hijos (de 3 y 5 años) se emocionan cada vez que ganan una estrella. El sistema de recompensas ha sido muy efectivo para reforzar buenos hábitos como recoger sus juguetes, vestirse solos, poner la mesa, lavarse los dientes, etc.El diseño del tarro es muy chulo. Está hecho de madera resistente con un frontal acrílico transparente que permite ver las estrellas que se van acumulando. Es magnético, lo que facilita mucho colgarlo en la nevera, aunque también se puede usar colgándolo en la pared con la cuerda que incluye. Me encanta que sea personalizable. Hemos usado las pegatinas de letras para poner el nombre de cada uno de mis hijos, y con el rotulador escribimos los objetivos que deben cumplir.El pack incluye muchas estrellas magnéticas de colores vivos que resultan súper motivadoras para los peques. También trae una base para colocarlo sobre una superficie si no quieres colgarlo de la pared.     Mon fils ayant du mal à se motiver pour accomplir les tâches qu'il n'aime pas comme apprendre ses leçons ou faire ses exercice, nous avons adopté ce bocal à récompense pour l'aider un peu.La règle est simple : nous lui avons demandé de choisir un cadeau qu'il aimerait vraiment avoir puis nous avons tracé un trait sur le plexiglas du bocal en lui expliquant qu'il aurait une étoile chaque fois qu'il ferait son travail sans rechigner et que nous lui offririons son cadeau lorsqu'il atteindrait le trait,Bien sûr, ce n'est pas une solution miracle et il arrive encore qu'il râle mais son attitude a clairement évolué de façon très positive.Quels que soient vos objectifs, nul doute que ce bocal à récompense vous aidera à l'atteindre en vous permettant de visualiser de façon plus concrète votre progression.
