Good but not good enough.... Replacement bracelet is perfect (updated)
Update:I originally left a 2/5 star review because the bracelet I received had some issues and didn’t meet my expectations. After posting the review, the seller reached out to me very quickly and offered to send a replacement. I’m happy to say the replacement arrived fast and the new bracelet is perfect. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. I really appreciate the seller’s customer service and their willingness to resolve the problem so quickly. Because of this experience, I’m updating my review. Original review below.I really like the look of this bracelet. The gemstone is beautiful and has nice colour, and the overall design is elegant and simple. Unfortunately the cord/string that goes around the wrist started fraying and coming apart after just one day of wearing it.I made mistake not reading reviews, people have same problem.
Dezent und optisch ansprechend
Sehr liebevoll verpacktes Armband, welches eher dezent ist und doch nach aussen wirkt. Das Armband ist leicht einzustellen und kann zu vielen Sachen getragen werden, da der Stein auch nicht zu gross und wuchtig ist (auf dem Foto sieht man die Grösse im Vergleich zum Finger). Ich habe mir ein paar dieser Armbänder bestellt und auch in Kombination sind es tolle Accessoires. Zu der Qualität und Wirkung der Steine kann ich nichts sagen, da ich keine Erfahrungen und mangelndes Wissen dazu habe. Vom Armband bin ich aber qualitativ und optisch überzeugt. Daher empfehle ich es auch weiter.
Wunderschönes Geschenk!
Das Rosenquarz-Armband wurde als Abschiedsgeschenk verschenkt und kam super an. Es ist sehr schön verarbeitet, wirkt hochwertig und sieht am Handgelenk richtig elegant aus. Der Stein hat eine tolle Farbe und das Armband macht insgesamt einen sehr stabilen Eindruck.Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen – ein liebevolles, besonderes Geschenk!

Super Armband und top Kundenservice
Das Band ist sehr hochwertig und wird in einer süßen Verpackung versendet. Nach einmal Tragen hat sich das Band leicht aufgelöst, sodass es sich nicht mehr gut verschließen ließ. Ein kleiner Produktfehler. Ich habe den Kundenservice per Mail super erreicht und direkt eine Antwort erhalten, nach wenigen Tagen kam ein neues Armband ohne Fehler bei mir an.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann sowohl den Verkäufer als auch das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen.
