    Ich habe mit schnell nachfettende Haut zu kämpfen egal wie ich die Haut wasche. Ich habe Barriere gestörte sensible trockene Haut und im Gesicht fettet sie schnell mit Neigung zu Entzündungen, daher habe ich dieses Produkt probiert.Was ich berichten kann ist:Die ersten paar Tage hat das Produkt etwas gekribbelt aber das ist irgendwann verschwunden. Da ich das Produkt auch mal abgesetzt habe und durch etwas anderes ausgetauscht habe, was auch sehr gut verträglich ist weiß ich, dass das Produkt die Entzündungen reduziert und auch das Nachfetten. Man kann auch nachcremen falls man noch mal ein bisschen nachfettet im Tagesverlauf. Ich habe leider schon einige Produkte durch und muss sagen dass ich bei den meisten eigentlich keine so guten Ergebnisse erzielt habe. Das in diesem Produkt enthaltene Niacinamid wirkt nachweislich gegen Entzündungen und reguliert die Talgproduktion. Was ich bestätigen kann. Da ich auch zur Hyperpigmentierung neige, habe ich stets einen ganz minimale Menge mineralisches Lichtschutzfluid von I + M verwendet. Dies ergab eine ausgewogene Mischung, denn das Gel sieht ziemlich rückstandslos ein und könnte ein zu trockenes Hautgefühl geben.Vor zwei Wochen habe ich angefangen ein sehr gutes Präparat mit Omega 3 bzw Fischöl zu mir zu nehmen und seitdem hat sich meine Haut noch mal deutlich verbessert, das nachfetten und die Entzündungen sind deutlich zurückgegangen, also ich kann euch an die Hand legen, das auch zu probieren. Oft wirken verschiedene Sachen zusammen ja besser im Einklang und es ist meistens nicht nur eine Sache die man ändern kann/muss. Zudem sei auch erwähnt dass man mit diesen wundervollen Omega 3 Ergänzungsmitteln auch nur dann viel erreichen kann wenn man seine Ernährung gleich mit umstellt. Ich hoffe das bringt den ein oder anderen weiter.
