Guter Turm zum kleinen Preis
Ich bin tatsächlich sehr positiv überrascht. Der Aufbau war einfach und Preis-Leistung ist super.Der Turm steht stabil, die Dip-Stangen haben etwas Spiel aber es ist im Rahmen.Für zuhause eine gute alternative, wenn man es mal nicht ins gym schafft.Ich würde das Produkt weiterempfehlen!
Very good product, but not perfect.
So, overall I'm very satisfied with this product. And I've been looking for something like this for a long time. In general it's pretty good, you can do a lot of exercises, and it's very stable. I've had no issues so fare. I'm 70kg right now, and I've also done weighted dips/pull-ups with around 10kg, so in total 80kg and I've had no shaking no wobbling. Pretty stable. It's not getting 5 stars because of 2 things:1. There's that upper bar in the middle of the 2 vertical pillars that's supposed to keep the whole thing together and stable, but if you're doing your pull-ups facing inwards, you're gonna hit it with your feet and its annoying! My solution was just to face outwards and it won't be a problem although it doesn't feel intuitive at first, you'll get used to it.2. The arm pads where the arms rest when doing abs, they are too short and it's a weird position to be in. Your arms won't rest well so you'll have to get used to it. What they could have done better there is to make them longer, as long as the whole armrest bar, or, they could have positioned them further back so that at least the elbow would rest on the, the forearm doesn't really need to rest on the armrest in this case. You can actually still do this yourself, just push it further back and try to rest your arms on them in a stable way or just glue them somehow or with a tape (just an idea). Alternatively, you can just fill the empty space between the armrest and the vertical pillar with 2 towels or something like that.
Ist Inordnung
Allem in allem erfüllt es seine Aufgabe.Aufbau war verständlich und einfach alleine in 30 minuten zu bewältigen.Bei erster Benutzung hat alles funktioniert und standgehalten, zu mir 189cm groß und 115kg schwer.Was ich bemängeln muss ist einmal das Rückenpolster da es etwas zu kurz ist und beim dran lehnen mir sehr stark in den unteren Rücken drückt mit der Kante. Die Armpolster sind etwas kurz.Ich würde mir wünschen das die Dip Stangen circa 10cm hängen würden wäre ein angenehmerer Start so muss ich leicht explosiv nach oben gehen vorallem wenn ich Leg Raises machen möchte. Für meine Verlobte (177cm) haben wir einen kleineren Hocker drunter gestellt. Man muss auch aufpassen beim hinuntergehen da man gelegentlich auf das Stabilisierungseisen unten gerne mal drauf Tritt, könnte auf Dauer evtl Schaden nehmen.Beim Klimmzug komm ich ab und an an die Stabilisierungsstange in der mitte mit meinem Knie, beim ersten mal war ich auch skeptisch ob die 2 Schrauben oben wirklich die Klimmzugstange halten würden, haben Sie auch wenn es etwas geknackst hat. 😬Bei den Dips finde ich wackelt der Powertower doch gerne mal.Aber die Preis Leistung insgesamt ist Inordnung, fühlt sich auch alles wertig verarbeitet an.Hab Ihn jetzt seit längerem in Benutzung ist zwar Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber anhand dessen das der Preis im Angebot echt super ist, kann man schon 5 Sterne geben
Sehr schönes, vielseitiges Gerät für den Hausgebrauch von durchschnittlich großen/schweren Menschen
Wir haben das Gerät mit Gummiseil-Unterstützung gekauft. Das Gerät kam gut verpackt innerhalb weniger Tage bei uns an und konnte von zwei Teenagern in einer Stunde selbstständig aufgebaut werden. Lediglich bei der Montage der Gummiseile zeigte sich ein Mangel in der beiliegenden Aufbauanleitung, da die Montage der Umlenkrollen nicht in der Anleitung verzeichnet war. Das Gerät steht stabil auf dem Boden. Keiner der Nutzer wiegt über 70 kg und entsprechend lassen sich alle Gerätefunktionen gut und ohne jegliche Sicherheitsbedenken nutzen. Da die Körpergröße der Nutzer hier im Hause zwischen 1,70 und 1,85 liegt, haben wir das obere Teil auf der mittleren möglichen Höhe festgelegt. So kommt der kleinste Nutzer gerade eben noch an die Klimmzugstange und der größte Nutzer muss sich beim Hängen nicht komplett zusammenfalten. Die Unterstützung durch die Gummiseile ist funktional, wenn auch im Vergleich zu Geräten mit Gewichten eher "ruckelig". Nach dem Schmieren der Umlenkrollen läuft es ruhiger. Die Tiefe der Armauflagen haben wir ebenfalls "mittig" festgelegt. Damit sind sie für den kleinsten Nutzer zwar etwas zu tief, aber wir ersparen uns dadurch, wie auch bei der Klimmzughöhe, das ständige Umbauen. Das Kniebrett für die Seilzugunterstützung lässt sich mit zwei Handgriffen montieren und kann bei Nichtbenutzung in einer Aufnahme an der Rückseite des Gerätes befestigt werden. Der Einfachheit halber liegt das Brett bei uns im hinteren Teil des Gerätes auf dem Boden, den beiliegenden zusätzlichen Stützfuß nutzen wir nicht.Für unser Empfinden sind die Griffe der Klimmzugstange etwas zu weit auseinander. Und mir persönlich fehlt auch die Möglichkeit bei Klimmzügen quer zu greifen. Außerdem ist für kleinere Nutzer die (nicht höhenverstellbare) Dip-Einheit etwas zu hoch und somit eher für den durchschnittlichen Nutzer um die 1,80 m ausgelegt. Ich habe für den Bedarfsfall einfach ein Höckerchen daneben stehen, um besser daran zu kommen.Fazit: ein tolles, ausreichend stabiles Gerät für den Hausgebrauch von 1,80 m großen Leichtgewichten mit vielen Übungsmöglichkeiten zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Das man hier keine Studioqualität erhält, sollte jedem klar sein. Ein sehr groß gewachsener Kerl über 80 kg wird hiermit vielleicht nicht glücklich werden. Für alle anderen eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Bin positiv überrascht - trotz der teils sehr negativen Bewertungen
Vorbemerkung:Ich hätte mir das Gerät wegen der teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen fast nicht geholt. Und nein, ich werde nicht dafür bezahlt.Schief angeschweißte Teile, Armstützen passen nicht, Armstützen, es passt nur eine Schraube, … - naja, wenn man links und rechts nicht auseinander halten kann, nicht mal in der Lage ist etwas anderes zu probieren, sprich die Teile von einer auf die andere Seite zu setzen, ja dann wird es wirklich schwierig.Ich möchte hiermit keinesfalls denen zu nahe treten die unvollständig oder retournierte Ware erhalten haben, aber manche der „kritischen“ Bewertungen sind schon wirklich haarsträubend und man versteht es erst, wenn man das Teil selbst aufgebaut hat was da eigentlich gemeint ist. - Und ja, die obere Halterung für die Armstützen ist wirklich schief angeschweißt und das auch noch auf beiden Seiten. Hmm, was die sich dabei nur gedacht haben? ;o)Bewertung:Es kam alles ordentlich an, bis auf zwei kleine Macken außen an der Verpackung, die aber auf den Inhalt keinen Einfluss hatten. Die Teile sind ordentlich verpackt und selbst in der Verpackung noch einmal „gesichert“, damit da nichts durcheinander gerät, oder zerkratzt. Beim auspacken und beim Aufbau habe ich keinen einzigen Kratzer, oder andere Beschädigungen an einem der Teile finden können. Alle Schrauben waren vollständig, allerdings war der Blister aufgegangen und die Schrauben sind etwas durcheinander geraten - „flogen“ aber nicht durch der Karton. Alle Teile sind noch einmal einzeln verpackt.Zum Aufbau selbst - Empfehlung, fangt mit Schritt 3 an, dann kann man meistens aufrecht arbeiten. Das beiliegende Werkzeug reicht für die Montage völlig aus, nur zum finalen festziehen der Muttern habe ich dann doch Ringschlüssel und Ratsche mit Nuss aus dem eigenen Werkzeugkasten genutzt. Der Aufbau gestaltet sich eigentlich relativ leicht und ist auch von „Nichthandwerkern“ zu bewältigen. Ich habe, alleine, mit auspacken ca. 1 Stunde für den Aufbau gebraucht, wobei ich mit Schritt 3 angefangen habe, das war um einiges einfacher. Für die „Nichthandwerker“ - nicht gleich alles sofort fest anziehen und über Kreuz arbeiten (sprich die Muttern anziehen). Zum Schluss alles noch einmal mit „ordentlichen“ Werkzeug nachziehen, die Muttern sind übrigens selbstsichernd.Warum nun keine volle Punktzahl? Ein paar (ästhetische) Kleinigkeiten habe ich dann doch zu „bemängeln, z.B. hätte ich die Schraubenköpfe bitte gern auf der Innen- bzw. Oberseite - sieht einfach besser aus, ist aber leider so nicht vorgesehen. Wenn das schon so nicht vorgesehen ist, dann wären ein paar Abdeckkappen für für die sichtbaren Muttern gut. - Funktionell tut das dem Gerät aber keinen „Abbruch“.Nun komme ich auch noch mal auf die Armlehnen zu sprechen, hier hätte man etwas mehr Sorgfalt an den Tag legen können, da die Löcher anscheinend, unabhängig von dem Schraubendurchmesser, eine einheitliche Größe haben. Dies führt dazu, dass man die Armstützen etwas bewegen kann (sehr minimal und es muss bewusst mit der Hand gemacht werden, es wackelt also nicht bei Benutzung!). Bei dem ansonsten guten Eindruck des Gerätes ist das nicht so schön. Ich habe einfach ein kleines Stück schwarzen Gummi eingeklemmt und damit ist dann auch Ruhe. Ansonsten wackelt oder klappert da nichts bei dem Gerät.Zur ersten Benutzung, ich bin 173cm „groß“ bei einem Gewicht von 78kg. Bei meinem ersten Klimmzug konnte ich sehen, dass das Gerät arbeitet, aber noch alles im Rahmen dessen, dass ich mir keine Sorgen mache. Die Einstellung der Höhe für die Klimmzüge empfinde ich mehr als ausreichend, auch bin ich dabei nirgends angestoßen und die Einstellung des Rückenteils ist schon fast professionell zu nennen und passt soweit für mich, wie auch die anderen Abmessungen des Gerätes. Allerdings sollte man, je nach Körpergröße, Gewicht und Volumen, doch mal checken ob die Innenmaße des Gerätes so für einen passen und ggf. die konkreten Maße abfragen!Alle anderen Übungen (inkl. Beinheben) konnte ich ohne irgendwelche Probleme durchführen, da war dann auch kein klappern, wackeln, oder arbeiten des Gerätes zu bemerken. Soweit für mich alles gut. Was ich vermisse ist eine „Stange“ für Sit-Up’s, diese hätte man, meiner Meinung nach, ohne Probleme integrieren können. Ansonsten alles okay.Fazit, ich hätte mich im Nachhinein geärgert, wenn ich das Gerät nicht bestellt hätte. Preis/Leistung passen hier absolut zueinander. Sprich, das Gerät ist aus lackierten „Stahlblech“ (sorry, ich bin da kein Fachmann) und wer etwas sehr hochwertiges erwartet wird hier wohl enttäuscht werden. Also wenn man es so betrachten möchte, verglichen mit meinem über 10 Jahre alten Kettler-Crosstrainer ist das dann doch „China-Schrott“. Allerdings hatte der auch schon damals eine Null mehr vor dem Komma - Preis/Leistung halt! Und ja, das Material könnte noch etwas stabiler und dicker sein, und ja, wenn schon aus China, warum nicht auch noch die Ösen von anderen Modellen „abgekupfert“, und, und, und.Also für den Preis bekommt man ein durchaus solides Gerät für den Heimgebrauch, dass bei Klimmzügen, auf Grund des doch sehr großen Hebels, sich etwas bewegt, was aber durchaus im Rahmen und in Ordnung ist. Große und breite Leute sollten auf die (Innen-)Maße des Gerätes achten und 200 kg Belastung würde ich persönlich dann doch nicht damit ausprobieren wollen. :o).Also eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wenn man die genannten Punkte beachtet bzw. damit leben kann! - Ansonsten gibt es sicher noch bessere Geräte, aber eben nicht für diesen Preis. :o)(Das Gerät muss natürlich vollständig und in einem ordentlichen Zustand ankommen! Aber dieses Problem hat man wohl bei jedem Artikel und deshalb gibt es ja auch ein Rückgaberecht. Für mich also nicht wirklich ausschlaggebend und sagt auch nicht wirklich etwas über das Produkt aus.)
For 200 € - I can recommend!
I was looking for a "power tower" for dips & pull-ups without needing to drill any holes in my walls. This item had lots of 5 star ratings and encouraging reviews, so after glancing options in Amazon.de, ended up buying this one. It was still among the cheap ones, less than 200 euros.It was nicely packed, and instructions were pretty clear (separate sheets in English as well as in "Deutsch"). No need for any tools of your own, except a knife to open the cable ties. The first impression was great: shiny, clean steel tubes and all the parts and bolts packed in their own pack. And, in addition to not needing any additional tools, the bolts were clearly differentiated from each other so no need to worry that they'd end up in the wrong places.Two things: when assembling, always check how you hold the right & left side pillars so the middle supports install correctly. Secondly - do not tighten the arm and back pads too tightly since they are made of chipboard. The rest is durable metal (steel, was it?) so feel free to use force.After getting this bad boy up in about an hour by myself (yes, it is easy), tested the thing for a bit: it is sturdy, but of course don't be expecting gym level equipment - it will wobble s-l-i-g-h-t-l-y (I'm also one of the 100kg guys). But, since this "wobble feature" is present in all the different "power tower" reviews, I guess this one does it better than others. Once you accept that, you will get used to it. Traction & balance is good regarding the bottom part of the tower, and as the manufacturer explains, the feet forks are actually really good. The width of the pull-up bar seems to serve my transmissions well enough, same with the dip bar handles - these are always the big questions when considering these kinds of exercise equipment. You can adjust the height as well as the back pad's horizontal depth. The push-up handles are a nice plus and one may also do some of those every now and then (and note that they may enable some additional possibilities with the rubber bands!).Perhaps will not dare to attempt to reach my records with additional weights with this one, but it surely can help me to keep up my power levels to some extent when focusing on the repetitions. With rubber band aided pull-ups, and especially with narrower grip you may notice your knees hitting the back pad, but I accept this since it is a tower with the option to workout abs. With wide grip, no issues with the rubber band.Verdict: what can I say? Not many of us tend to get to compare these power towers between each other, and this is my first one (and perhaps the only one), but I am satisfied and I guess this is as good as it can get with 200 euros and without drilling. It looks good, you can move it after assembly, and feels sturdy. SO, I can only warmly recommend this.Ps. forgive my for the dumpster garage - hope that the video helps you to put things in proportion in case you are curious about the build and how it looks!
Stabiles Kraftsporttrainingsgerät mit schwächen
Stabilität: 4 von 5, Klimmzugstange wackelt kaum, Dip/Bauchmuskel-Stange bewegt sich etwas bei der ersten Übung, ist aber wenn sie ihre Endposition erreicht stabil.Aufbau: 4 von 5, Ikea Aufbau Level.Verarbeitung: 4 von 5, Im großen und ganzen gut verarbeitet, ein paar Lackierfehler, aber dass ist eine Trainingsstation hier erwarte ich keine perfekte Lackierung.Also warum nur 3 Sterne? Die Dipstation ist mit einem Winkel verstehen um einen bessern halt bei Bauchmuskel Übungen zu erhalten, funktionier auch. Aber dadurch wird der Griff für den Dip weiter, dies führt dazu das nicht der Triceps sondern eher die hintere Schultermuskulatur aktiviert wird, wenn man den Triceps trainieren will eher unvorteilhaft.

Article monté sans problème ! La chaise romaine a l'air de qualité meme si je la trouve légèrement bancales. Je suis content de mon achat après les nombreuse recherches sur se produit .Je met juste un point négatif sur l'envoie , avec la livraison gratuite j'aurais du recevoir mon article plus d'un mois après jai donc payer en supplément pour la recevoir plus vite . Mais pour cette chaise romaine qui a deja un pris assez élevé jai etais déçu de payer plus pour l'envoie.

Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. Have a ratchet wrench handy (a must). There are lots of nuts and bolts. Also have a heavy duty scissors to cut through the hardware packaging.It is very sturdy. Versatile. Small footprint. I also bought the protective floor covering automatically recommended by Amazon at checkout.

I'm 6'6" and weigh about 210 pounds and this rack holds me just fine. It flexes a bit, but it's not bending or getting out of shape. Really great piece of equipment.
