    Produkt an sich ist super durchdacht. Hängt aber von der Lernfähigkeit des Hundes ab.Unsere 7 Jahre alte Lhasa Hündin ist erst vor 10 Tage bei uns eingezogen. Sie muss erst einmal lernen, damit zu spielen. Aber sie ist fleißig dran. Zur Info: der Hund wiegt 6,3 Kg, bekommt morgens 133 g RINTI Nassfutter und INSGESAMT über den Tag verteilt 50 g Trockenfutter ( Bosch adult minis ). So kommt nachmittags ein Eierbecher (!) voll Trockenfutter mit ca. 20 g in den Fressnapf und die restlichen 30 g als Leckerlis diverser Art.Wenn ich aber davon nur die Hälfte (15 g) in das Spielzeug lade, ist da für die Förderschnecke nicht all zu viel zum Fördern drin, da immer ein Rest bleibt, der einfach nicht heraus kommen will. Leckerlis aus der Hand möchte der Hund ja auch noch zur Belohnung haben.Fazit: für Hunde ab mehr als 6 Kg Körpergewicht und eine entsprechende Lernbereitschaft ist das Spielzeug gut geeignet um bei Abwesenheit lange Weile zu überbrücken. Korngröße und Mindestmenge beachtet, kommt auch zuverlässig was raus. Gerät riecht nicht nach Kunststoff, ist sehr gut verarbeitet und rollt sehr leise (abhängig vom Konsistenz des Inhalts). Das Befüllen ist einfach, die Dosierung der Auswürfe sind sicher einzustellen und insgesamt nicht von kleinen Hunden zu zerbeissen.Tipp für den Anfang: mit minis befüllen und Auswürfe auf ein Minimum einstellen. Es soltte beim Rollen zuverlässig ein Minimum heraus kommen. Ein paar Körner unter die Walze legen, damit der Hund das Ding mit der Nase wegschieben / wegrollen MUSS um da ran zu kommen. Mehrmals wiederholen, bis die ggf. anwesende Inteligenz das Prinzip gerafft hat. Beim Lhasa Apso geht Das nicht so schnell ;-) Fertig ...

    My dog is a high energy, three year old lab. I have been feeding him his meals in puzzles like this to enrich him and to work as a slow feeder. The puzzle came in working condition with no assembly. I love the option you have to take sliders out and rotate the blue corner to change it up. It doesn’t hold a lot of kibble, but you can pour the rest of it onto the top so it is still more of a challenge for them than eating out of a bowl. I’ve used it for a couple days now twice a day and it has held up well. I am very impressed with it for the price point.

    My puppy, a 7-month-old Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix with a high energy level is a smart cookie who loves a good challenge. When I saw this toy I knew I had to give it try and I'm happy I did. It's like a buffet of puzzle options. The sliding compartments, rotating discs, and combined sliding and rotating challenges keeps my puppy engaged. It has been study and has handled anything my puppy has thrown at it so far and she plays with it with it weekly if not daily since I purchased in October. It stays in place well which allows my puppy to play longer to work open the higher levels This puzzle is a lifesaver for those days when my pup's energy is high and I'm busy. This keeps her mentally stimulated and occupied.The Bottom Line:This dog puzzle toy is a fantastic buy! It's well-made, engaging, and keeps my pup happy and entertained. If you're looking for a boredom buster and brain booster for your furry friend, look no further!
