    Hab mir die Wäsche bestellt, weil ich keine Bügel mehr tragen möchte. Sie sind sehr bequem. Habe 85B bei normalen BHs. Größe L passt mir perfekt.

    Hat leider maximal einen leichten Halt und ist völlig ungeeignet fürs Joggen. Für daheim aber sicher gut geeignet, der Stoff ist weich und bequem.

    I bought the four-pack in XXL for my 80 F size. From other reviews I expected a light hold, so I wear two at a time. Doubling gives me enough support for basic weightlifting, lunges, and rowing, and it does not squeeze my rib cage, so I can breathe comfortably. For high-impact activities such as horseback riding or running, I would still invest in a specialized high-support bra because stacking three would be impractical. I also wear them at work, and my job is very physical with a lot of moving and lifting. These have been the best solution so far. They do not need constant adjusting. Even if one rides up a bit, the other stays down, and the wide band around the rib cage helps everything stay in place.
