    Die Tassen wurden schnell geliefert! Der erste Eindruck war etwas überraschend. Die Tassen sind nicht so hoch, dafür aber relativ breit. Dadurch wirken sie etwas klobig. Sie sind aber sehr leicht und super standfest , was mir sehr gefällt! Auch voll befüllt, kann man sie ohne Probleme handhaben, wozu auch der gut dimensionierte Henkel seinen Teil beiträgt! Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos.

    Gute Tassen aber am besten ist der Service. Ich kaufe Geschirr inzwischen nur noch von dieser Firma. Mir gefällt es und die Qualität ist gut. Zwar hat man schon hin und wieder eine kleine Macke drin oder das Brennergebnis ist etwas uneinheitlich. Aber wenn das passiert bekommt man top Service. Alles defekte wird anstandslos ersetzt ohne dass man etwas zurückschicken muss. Ein zusätzlicher Teller, der vielleicht einen kleinen Makel hat, schadet ja auch nicht noch als Reserve zu haben. Bin am Ende immer happy!
