The High Shine Butter Me Up Lip Butter Balm is available in five delicate and shiny colours with a sweet vanilla fragrance. Manhattan is recognized as cruelty free as part of the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny program. *Based on a consumer study of 115 women, evaluation of unvarnished lips without product with daily use Directions Step 1: Apply the High Shine Lip Butter Balm under or over lipstick or as a balm overnight.
