Ist super für Schmoorgerichte wie Gulasch, oder auch für scharfes anbraten von Steaks. Hat einen sehr tollen Geschmack, was auch magere Cuts wie Rumpsteak im Geschmack fast auf Augenhöhe wie ein Ribeye bringt. Der hohe Rauchpunkt ist auch sehr von Vorteil, weil man dadurch eine schöne Kruste bekommt

angenehmer Geruch und weich. Ich verwende es als Creme, weil angeblich Rindertalg gegen Schuppenflechten wirksam ist. Da ich erst mit der Anwendung beginne, muss ich die Wirkung erst noch abwarten.

Super Rindertalg vielleicht nicht der beste Geruch aber das gehört eben dazu ist ja ein naturprodukt!

Ich nutze das Fett zur Hautpflege. Es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an und besitzt einen ganz dezenten, fast unmerklichen Duft.

Bröckelt leider, wenn man ihn auf die Haut schmieren will, aber zum Braten ist er super.

Smells like old fat, cannot be used

The jar said that its expiration date is not until 2027. What I don't like about the products in Europe is that manufacturers are not obligated to write the date of production which fools us as customers because we can't know how old the product is.It smelled quite unappetizing when I opened the jar. Unfortunately it smells like simply old fat and after rendering the tallow, the whole room was soaked with the smell so much that only ventilating it for a few hours helped get rid of it.
