    Die Silikonmatte ist ein echter Gewinn für das Backen im Dutch Oven. Meine Frau ist total begeistert, weil sie jetzt kein teures Backpapier mehr verwenden muss, um das Brot aus dem Topf zu holen. Die Matte liegt perfekt im Topf, ist einfach zu reinigen und hält wirklich gut, sodass das Backgut nicht kleben bleibt.     The size is generous, which helps keep your work area tidy, but it also rolls up very small for storage. Easy to clean; just make sure it's completely dry before rolling it up and putting it away. The measurements are useful for larger things, like pizzas or pie crusts. I wish it would have even smaller circles for rolling out dumpling wrappers and other things smaller than 15 cm/6 inches in diameter. Currently, the middle of the circle is just decorative.
