    Die Zubereitung der Brote ist sehr einfach, man muss nicht unbedingt kneten (bei schmerzenden Händen ein großer Vorteil) .Leider ist die Form sehr klein, für Familie ist ein Brot ratzfatz alle !

    Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Sauerteigbrot-Backmischung. Das Brot gelingt sehr einfach und schmeckt richtig schön kräftig und aromatisch – genau so, wie man sich ein gutes Sauerteig-Vollkornbrot wünscht.Besonders toll finde ich, dass kein Weizenmehl enthalten ist. Die Krume ist saftig, die Kruste wird schön knusprig und das Brot hält sich mehrere Tage frisch. Auch die Menge ist super – aus der Packung lassen sich problemlos mehrere Brote backen.

    Das Brot ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker, aber bei mir ist es überhaupt nicht aufgegangen. Und nein, ich bin kein Back-Anfänger, ich wollte mir mit dieser Backmischung einfach nur einmal die Arbeit und den Aufwand etwas erleichtern.

    Sehr leckeres und aromatisches Brot. Die Backmischung ist genauso unkompliziert wie beschrieben und gelingt problemlos. Geschmacklich richtig toll durch die Tomaten und Kräuter schön würzig aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Brot ist saftig hat eine tolle Konsistenz und bleibt auch am nächsten Tag noch frisch. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung und eine schöne Abwechslung zu klassischem Brot.

Das Tomaten-Kräuter-Aroma ist richtig lecker und die Sonnenblumenkerne sorgen für eine schöne Textur.
