UMMMMMMM ADD TO CART! This is the best eyebrow pencil i have ever gotten. Shapes and fills my brow better than any higher brand. I have come spaces in my brows due to over plucking in the 2000s and this fills them in and makes look fuller and natural. GURL I LOVE THIS.
