    Llevaba tiempo buscando un flash de estudio que pudiera usar también en exteriores sin tener que rezar para que las nubes cooperasen, y la verdad es que el NEEWER Q6 me ha dejado bastante satisfecho estos primeros días. No es el primer equipo de iluminación que pasa por mis manos, pero sí el primero de 600W con batería integrada que pruebo a fondo, y la diferencia respecto a lo que tenía antes se nota desde el primer disparo.Lo primero que llama la atención al sacarlo de la caja es el peso y la solidez. No es un trasto ligero, desde luego, pero esa solidez da confianza, la sensación de que no se va a romper si un día el viento le da un susto al trípode. El soporte de montaje viene incluido, también el cargador, y la batería de 3000mAh aguanta bien una sesión completa sin necesidad de estar pendiente del indicador todo el rato.La prueba que más me ha gustado hacer con él ha sido salir a exteriores con luz solar directa. Suena a locura pensar que un flash pueda competir con el sol, pero a plena potencia, con doble difusor incluido, este Q6 ilumina al sujeto con más fuerza que la luz ambiente. Lo que significa que si quieres controlar completamente la exposición en una sesión de retrato al mediodía, puedes hacerlo, sin depender de la posición del sol ni de rebotadores. Eso, para bodas o sesiones de ropa en exterior, cambia bastante las cosas.El modo TTL funciona bien integrado con mi cámara, le das al disparador y el sistema negocia solo la potencia necesaria, sin que tengas que tocar nada. Para situaciones rápidas donde no puedes estar calculando parámetros es muy cómodo. Luego en manual tienes ajuste en pasos de 0,1 desde 1/512 hasta potencia máxima, con la temperatura de color estable en torno a los 5700K y una variación de apenas 100K en todo el rango. Eso en posproducción se agradece mucho, porque las imágenes de una misma sesión salen consistentes entre sí.El tiempo de reciclaje va de 0,01 a 0,9 segundos dependiendo de la potencia que uses, y en sesiones con movimiento o ráfaga se nota la diferencia. La luz de modelado LED bicolor de 30W también resulta útil, no solo para ver cómo va a caer la luz antes de disparar, sino en situaciones de poca luz donde necesitas enfocar con precisión antes de la toma.Una cosa que me ha resultado nueva y entretenida es el modo máscara. La idea es usar dos flashes, uno apuntando al fondo y otro al sujeto, dispararlos alternados con la cámara en ráfaga continua, y el sistema genera automáticamente esa separación entre sujeto y fondo que luego en Photoshop facilita mucho el recorte. Para fotografía de producto o deportiva, donde necesitas cambiar fondos con frecuencia, es una herramienta que se agradece.La app de control funciona, aunque al principio hay que dedicarle un momento a entender la interfaz. Las dos pantallas TFT en color del propio flash muestran bien la información, y la transmisión inalámbrica a 100 metros es real, aunque no sé bien para qué querrías tener el flash tan lejos, pero ahí está si lo necesitas.Como punto a mejorar, diría que el calor que genera a plena potencia hay que tenerlo en cuenta si vas a usar geles o accesorios que no son específicos del fabricante. No es un problema grave, pero es algo a vigilar.En resumen, para el precio que tiene, el Q6 ofrece un nivel de control y potencia que antes solo encontrabas en equipos bastante más caros. Para exteriores exigentes, es una compra que se justifica sola.

    Great flash. Worst battery quality in the world !!!

    This is getting out of hand. I got one Q6 and two Q4 flashes for my business as a backup flashes. Which means they mostly sit on the shelves in studio. After 1 month, fully charged battery drains out to 0. This is the case with both Q4 and Q6 flashes. One Q4 even went out so far that it died completely. After just 1month of shelflife. I had to wait 1,5 months for a replacement. Now, the replacement does the same. The only one battery out of these 3 works without any vampire drain. They got some serious faults in their QC. And if you want to roll a dice on these 20% that might actually be ok. Go ahead. But all in all. I regret investing into this system. And it could be great. They just messed up the batteries badly.

    Fiquei bastante impressionado com a potência e versatilidade deste flash. A reciclagem é rápida, a compatibilidade TTL funciona de forma consistente e o HSS permite fotografar em exteriores sem limitações. A bateria tem uma excelente autonomia para sessões longas e a luz de modelagem bicolor é um extra muito útil. A aplicação facilita bastante os ajustes remotos. Um equipamento com qualidade profissional a um preço muito competitivo.
