    Wow, wow, wow — das ist mit Abstand das beste Retinal-Serum, das ich jemals in meinem Leben benutzt habe. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und habe wirklich schon einiges ausprobiert.Für den Anfang ist es wirklich sehr mild. Und Girls: Benutzt am Anfang immer ein sehr mildes Retinal-Serum, wenn ihr Retinal zum ersten Mal verwendet. Sonst macht ihr eurer Haut am Ende mehr kaputt, als dass ihr ihr etwas Gutes tut.Ich habe es anfangs nur zweimal pro Woche aufgetragen und zunächst ein paar Pickel bekommen, aber mittlerweile strahlt meine Haut wirklich. Demnächst werde ich mich dann an die zweite Stufe wagen.

    I use it twice a week as part of my night routine and it shows results very quickly. If you haven't used retinol before, it might be better to start with once a week, but I'm very happy with it! I'd suggest to use the sandwich method to get better results without an irritated skin.

    Ich benutze die Crme ja erst seit 10 Tagen, habe aber den Eindruck, daß die Pigmentflecken weniger dunkel sind, auch die Knitterfalten nicht so deutlich hervorkommen. Aber man muß später noch eine Pflegecreme auftragen, da die Haut sonst zu trocken ist.

    I have very sensitive and normal-dry skin with some brown spots.I am very surprised at the performance of Medik8 Crystal Retinal 1! Adding this to my relatively simple nighttime routine has resulted in smoother skin and lighter spots. I was not expecting to see such a visible difference after just one month.In addition, my skin is very sensitive and usually reacts to a lot of products, but it was able to tolerate and show results with this one.(Note: the crystal retinal 3 was too strong for my skin and caused some pimples and skin irritation. I highly recommend starting with the crystal retinal 1 if you have very sensitive skin like mine.)I will continue using this product and come back with an update.

    I use this at nights after washing my face and I am liking the results so far. It's easy to absorb on the skin, make sure to follow the indications of the box on house to use the product progressively. They also recommend to moisturise, and conveniently the seller included a couple of samples of their own moisturising cream which was really nice of them.
