    Wir haben uns für den Kauf eines Arebos Whirlpool entschieden und gekauft. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell undder Pool war schnell aufgebaut und badebereit.Nach ca 2Wochen stellten wir fest, dass die Heizung nicht mehr richtig funktionierte und wir führten alle Maßnahmen laut Beschreibung durch um den Fehler zu beheben ! Leider ohne Erfolg !Wir kontaktierten den Verkäufer der sofort reagierte und sich entschuldigte und uns innerhalb von 4 Tagen einenneuen Pool zusendete.Wir können nur sagen : Super Produkt und super super Service !! Danke !!

    Der Pool ist einwandfrei. Nur mit der Beleuchtung gab es schnell ein Problem. Da wir das Wasser häufiger wechseln, wird der ganze Pool dann auch richtig sauber gemacht. Das mitgelieferte Beluchtungsband wurde auf etwa einem halben Meter am Ende angestückelt. Die Schlaufen an der Unterseite halten das Band auch nicht an der Stelle fest. Habe es jetzt gekürzt mit Klebeband festgeklebt. Hoffe es klappt.

    Der Whirlpool macht ein sehr soliden Eindruck. Wir haben ja schon paarmal benützt und echt begeistert. Hatten vorher einen größeren von einen teuren Mitbewerber. Aber Whirlpool ist super ich würde ihn sofort wieder kaufen. Kann nur weiter empfehlen mit LED Beleuchtung kommt wunderschönDeswegen eine 1A plus mit Sternchen

    Super schnelle Lieferung, schneller als ursprünglich angekündigt. Einfach aufzubauen und in der Handhabung. Je nach Untergrund sollte man jedoch eine Dämmung darunter legen, damit es bequemer ist. Zu viert könnte es jedoch sehr eng werden.

    Kurz nach Kauf direkt beim Hersteller Undicht, zum Glück auf Garantie neues Poolgehäuse. Wurde nie richtig warm, zu kurze Zeit Gebläse, im Winter schlecht weil Technik im Gehäuse jetzt nach kurzer Zeit keine Funktion mehr Motor Gebläse Einheit defekt! Insgesamt unbefriedigend und schlechte Qualität!

    rosafarbene Flecken am Whirlpoolboden

    Hallo, wir haben diesen Artikel am 08.05.2025 bestellt. Der Whirlpool steht zu 3/4 unter einer überdachten Terrasse. Nach nunmehr 2 Wochen Regen und täglichem Laufen des Filters von ca. 4 Stunden am Tag sind am Beckenboden rosafarbene Flecken vorhanden. Wahrscheinlich sind diese Flecken UNTER dem Pool... Kommt das von dem Regen, der dort wohl untergelaufen ist? Und gehen diese Flecken wieder weg?
