Laut meinem Sohn ist es ein super Bildschirm. Reaktionsschnell und gute Bildqualität. Leider bin ich kein PC-Gamer und kann dazu nicht mehr schreiben. Lieferung war auch schnell. Mein Sohn ist damit super zufrieden

Betreff: Reklamation wegen defektem Monitor – Bitte um UmtauschSehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich habe bei Ihnen einen Monitor gekauft, der leider nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Der Bildschirm wird alle zwei Minuten für etwa fünf Sekunden schwarz. In manchen Fällen bleibt das Bild komplett schwarz, und der Monitor lässt sich erst nach Aus- und Wiedereinschalten erneut verwenden. Dieses Problem tritt jedoch weiterhin auf.Wir gehen davon aus, dass es sich hierbei um einen technischen Defekt handelt und möchten den Monitor deshalb als fehlerhaft reklamieren. Wir bitten um einen Austausch des Geräts oder um eine andere Lösung im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung.Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wie das weitere Vorgehen ist.Mit freundlichen Grüßen
