    My first ever harmonica, great as a starter, can't fault for the money. Only when I got my first Hohner did I realise how much more force you have to use on the JDR, and how much better the overall tone is, but considering the Hohner is 3 - 4 times the price the JDR is good value at twice the price. Just to be clear the JDR is great to play and sounds good too so perfect as a Starter. I still play the JDR now and again ( for the sake of the nieghbours as its quieter )

    The ability for younger children to explore music on their own is important and this quality harmonica is perfect. It's not a "toy" but something that can become part of a growing collection of instruments as time goes by. Very affordable, well packaged and suitable to anyone who wants to enjoy the harmonica. Smaller size makes it a good match for a young beginner but would work well for older students and adults as well. Carrying case is well made and will keep the instrument in great condition as it travels "the blues highway". Our grandson loves it!

    Great value. This harmonica is a very premium feeling harmonica for the price point. I’m just starting to learn how to play and didn’t want to invest in something expensive until I knew I liked it. It sounds great and works awesome for me. I highly recommend this harmonica to anyone looking for a good value if they’re just starting out or need a back up harmonica to play on the road.
