Stabil und schön
Die kleine Kommode ist sehr stabil und sieht wertig aus.Der Aufbau ist vom Aufwand genau so hoch wie bei einem größeren Schrank.Die Teile sind nur kleiner.Hat sich aber gelohnt.
Nice tables, very helpful seller
The bedside tables look very nice and exactly like the pictures. They are sturdy and well made. The seller was very responsive, helpful and quickly resolved a small delivery issue. Great product and excellent customer service.
Gute Nachtkästchen für kleine Ansprüche
Wir waren auf der Suche nach kleinen nachtkästchen die nicht auf dem Boden stehen. Diese beiden haben uns gleich sehr gut gefallen. Die Montage war sehr einfach und sie halten bisher bombenfest. Man sollte sich vielleicht nicht gerade drauf setzen, stark drauflehnen oder recht schwere Sachen rein legen bzw. Drauf stellen weil sie nur mit zwei Schrauben in der Wand befestigt sind. Für uns erfüllen sie genau den Zweck für den wir sie auch brauchen. Nachttischlampe draufstellen, Handy ablegen, usw.Das einzige Manko ist das die Schubladen nicht besonders leichtgängig sind. Stört uns jetzt aber nicht weiter.
Schöne Kommoden Preis-Leistung in Ordnung
Habe 2 Kommoden gekauft. Die erste Kommode habe ich sofort aufgebaut. Der Aufbau war problemlos. Die zweite Kommode habe ich aus Zeitmangel erst 1,5 Wochen später aufgebaut. Da bemerkte ich, das die Rückwende der Schubladen fehlten. Da es an einem Sonntag war, schrieb ich eine Mail an die Firma. Nach wenigen Minuten bekam ich eine Antwort zur Klärung. Nach der Beschreibung der fehlenden Teile bekam ich in der Antwort die Zusage für eine umgehende Ersatzlieferung. Und das am Sonntag Abend ! - Das nenne ich Service - Daumen hoch. Heute am Donnerstag wurden die Teile geliefert. Nun habe ich zwei schöne Kommoden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung, der Service bei Problemen absolute Spitze.
Better installation Documentation is required.
I'm giving three stars because the installation documentation is not very clear. If someone that isn't technical or mechanically inclined they may have a hard time with assembly.
Gute Verarbeitung
Ich empfehle die Kommode gerne weiter. Alles ok gewesen
Schwer aufzubauen, schlechtes Ergebnis, noch schlechterer Support
Extrem komplexer Aufbau und dann laufen die Schubladen nicht richtig. Support fordert immer mehr und mehr Nachweise. Nach vier Stunden Aufbau und mehreren Stunden mit dem Support, versuche ich nur noch das Teil zurückzugeben, aber das geht nicht mehr, weil man ja beim Aufbauen Schaden anrichten muss.Die Rückwände sind geschraubt ohne Vorbohrungen, man muss also Duzende Schrauben einschrauben. Die Verkleidung zwischen den Schubladen muss Millimeter-genau gemessen werden, sonst passt es nicht. Auch hier ist nichts angezeichnet oder vorgebohrt. Ich habe schon viele Schränke aufgebaut, keiner war so kompliziert wie dieses Teil. Vier Stunden, meistens zu zweit. Wenn es dann wenigstens stehen würde...Die Schubladen hängen leicht schief (das war vorgebohrt, also nicht unsere Schuld) und einige kratzen oder schleifen.Außerdem: man darf oben nur 5 Kilo beladen und pro Schublade nur 3. Wenn man Support danach fragt, wird einem versichert, dass das nur aus Vorsicht so angegeben ist, aber eigentlich ja viel mehr ginge.
