    Die gefriergetrockneten Himbeeren von Seeberger haben mich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Öffnen steigt ein intensiver Himbeerduft auf, der sehr natürlich wirkt. Die Beeren sind knusprig, behalten aber trotzdem ihr fruchtiges Aroma.Ich nutze sie gerne als Topping für Müsli, Porridge und Joghurt – hier geben sie eine tolle Süße-Säure-Note und lösen sich leicht an, wenn sie etwas Flüssigkeit aufnehmen. Auch beim Backen (z. B. Muffins oder Kuchenfüllungen) machen sie sich sehr gut, da sie nicht matschig werden.Die Packungsgröße von 12 g klingt zunächst wenig, reicht aber für mehrere Portionen, weil die Beeren sehr intensiv schmecken. Der wiederverschließbare Beutel ist praktisch, um das Aroma frisch zu halten.Vorteile:intensiver, natürlicher Himbeergeschmackknusprige Konsistenzvielseitig in süßen und herzhaften Rezepten einsetzbarpraktische VerpackungMöglicher Nachteil:relativ kleiner Inhalt, daher eher ein Premium-Produkt

    Excellent produit ! J'ai testé beaucoup de marque lyophilisées et je peux vous garantir qu'ici les framboises sont entière et grosses ! Super bonne en gôut un peu acide si on en prend trop en bouche (comme les fraiches). IL a aussi de la casse comme tout paquet de fruit creux. Petit conseil, rassemblez les petits morceaux ensembles dans un verre ou un bol et écrassez les, puis mettez les dans du Skyr, ou du lait ça sera merveilleux en bouche sans gaspillage de poudre.prix trés abordable.
