    Ich bin mit der Anlage sehr zufrieden. Selbst montiert und in Betrieb genommen. Funktionierte auf Anhieb. Kühlt im Sommer und jetzt, im Winter, habe ich die Anlage als Heizung laufen. Top! Preis/Leistung ist super.Ach ja, die Anlage läuft auch noch leise.WB.

    Artikel kam Defekt an (Kühlrippen alle eingedrückt und verbogen). Kommunikation mit dem Händler schwierig (Chatbot antwortet mit elendig langen Antworten, auf meine Anfrage wurden 3 Vorgangsnummern eröffnet, aber nie geantwortet). Nach Rücksendeantrag wird nur ein nicht frankierter Rücksendeschein ausgestellt, obwohl es 2 Große und schwere Pakete handelt, die mittels Spedition geliefert wurden. werde jetzt versuchen Amazon ein zu schalten.Sehr ärgerlich und lästig, wenn man 800€ für ein Produkt bezahlt. Nach Rücksprache mit einem Installateur, sagte mir dieser, für die Inbetriebnahme und Befüllung eine solche Vakuumpumpe notwendig ist....Alles in allem eine sehr unrunde Sache, ich bin enttäuscht und hoffe noch eine vernünftige Beratung und Abwicklung zu erhalten.

    Prima Klimaanlage; hat mir im Sommer super geholfen, die Temperaturen in der Wohnung erträglich zu halten. Funktioniert einwandfrei! Habe sie im Winter jetzt auch schon zum Entfeuchten des Raumes angeschaltet.Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Installationsbeschreibung. Sie verwirrt etwas, da vom Anschluss einer Vakkumpumpe die Rede ist (die man tatsächlich NiCHT braucht). Klick und Connect funktioniert (Mann/Frau muss nur die richtigen Muttern lösen 😅)Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

    Die Klimaanlage wurde schnell, vollständig und unbeschädigt geliefert.Die Installation war durch "Quick Connect" sehr einfach, eine Vakuumpumpe war definitiv nicht notwendig.Es gibt eine kleine Einschränkung: die mitgelieferten Leitungen sind 4m lang.Eine Verlängerung oder auch Kürzung traue ich mir nicht zu. Da sie aber gut biegbar sind, haben wir zusätzliche Schlangen an der Außenwand mit zusätzlichen Kabelkanälen.Fazit: schnelle und einfache Montage, viel Kabelkanal, da Innen- und Außengerät nur durch eine Mauer von einander getrennt sind, einwandfreie Funktion mit hervorragender Kühlleistung.

    Die Installation war mit etwas Sorgfalt problemlos, alles war dabei. Ist ohne Klimatechniker möglich. Man muss eben wegen der festen Länge der Leitungen gut planen. Der Betrieb, bisher nur Heizen, ist mit geringem Geräusch in der kleinsten Stufe kaum zu hören. Bin gespannt aufs Kühlen im Sommer in Kalabrien.Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.M.R.

    Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Eenvoudig zelf te installeren zonder speciaal gereedschap. Wel na het aansluiten van de leidingen de kraantjes aan de buitenunits niet vergeten open te draaien anders werkt het toestel niet. Niet moeten vacuümeren.
