Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Das Gerät ist leise und mit den 10 Stufen, hat man eine tolle Intensität der Vibration, das vollkommen ausreicht für Trainingseinheiten. Die Platte ist auch nicht zu groß und hat eine tolle Größe. Durch die minimale Größe und dem einfachen Design, kann man die Platte im Zimmer stehen lassen, da es optisch gut aussieht.Werde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die MERACH Vibrationsplatte ist stabil verarbeitet, steht sicher und lässt sich unkompliziert bedienen.Ich nutze sie vor allem morgens, um den Körper sanft zu aktivieren und in den Tag zu starten. Die Vibrationen sind angenehm und helfen mir, mich wacher und beweglicher zu fühlen – eine schöne Ergänzung zur täglichen Routine.Die verschiedenen Intensitätsstufen bieten genug Spielraum, um das Training individuell anzupassen. Ich nutze die MERACH Vibrationsplatte jetzt schon eine Weile und bin im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Sie ist eine gute Ergänzung fürs Home-Workout und motiviert, sich auch im Alltag mehr zu bewegen. Vor allem für kurze Trainingseinheiten oder zum Aktivieren der Muskeln ist sie wirklich praktisch.Die Bedienung ist einfach, die Intensitätsstufen sind ausreichend und man merkt die Vibrationen deutlich. Besonders Beine, Bauch und Po werden gut beansprucht. Auch das kompakte Design ist ein Plus, da sie wenig Platz wegnimmt.Mit der Zeit sind mir aber auch einige Schwächen aufgefallen. Vor allem nach längerer Nutzung macht mein Gerät inzwischen komische Geräusche (Klackern/Schleifen), was am Anfang nicht der Fall war. Einfache Bedienung. Sehr leise. Kompakte Form passt locker unter dem Sofa.Nein abendliches Ritual: 10min im Auto programm vor dem Fernseher schütteln lassen. Wirkt Wunder !
Entspannung pur !!!
Großartig !!!Lege mich mit Kopfkissen auf den Boden und die Beine/Waden relaxt auf die Platte, dann 10 min. AUTO-Programm. Danach stellt sich ein wohlig entspanntes Kribbeln in den Füßen ein und meine Beine fühlen sich den ganzen Tag leicht an. Hilft mir sehr gut.

Die Vibrationsplatte ist gut verarbeitet und nicht zu laut. Sie tut was sie soll. Leider gebe ich nur 4 Sterne, da das Steckerkabel in meinen Augen zu kurz ist. Dies könnte gerne rund 1 Meter länger sein. Die Platte fängt auch leider mittlerweile an mit klappern beim vibrieren.
Small but mighty!
My old gym had a vibration platform that I became obsessed with. Unfortunately, my current gym does not. I decided that I cannot live without one, but my small apartment prohibits any large fitness equipment. I was nervous about buying such a small, compact platform. How could it possibly have enough power to actually have any health benefits? I must say that so far I am pleasantly surprised! This little device is actually stronger than the one at the gym, so much so that I have only been using it at the lowest setting. Despite the small size, it feels sturdy, stable, and well made with thoughtful features. I'm quite a small person, but I'm sure it would support someone larger quite comfortably. I can't speak to its efficacy as people have different fitness needs and motivations. In my case, however, since I started using a vibrating platform about 1.5 years ago, I no longer experience the sciatica that plagued me for years!
