    Funktioniert super. Dass der Topf abnehmbar, der Quirler einfach zu entfernen und alles ganz einfach zu reinigen ist, finde ich super. Optisch sehr ansprechend und braucht wenig Platz.

    Tolles Gerät, und schnelle Abhilfe bei defekter Elektrik

    Eigentlich war ich begeistert von dem kleinen Gerät. Der kleine Aufschäumbesen darin hält magnetisch, man bekommt gleich zwei davon, sollte einer mal kaputt gehen. Der Innenraum lässt sich gut reinigen und es gab sogar noch einen Schwamm mit Griff dazu, zum schonenden Reinigen der Beschichtung im Innenraum.Leider funktioniert jetzt, nach 11/4 Jahren die Aufschäumfunktion schon nicht mehr. Erst hat die Elektrik ein Eigenleben entwickelt, indem sie mal aufschäumte und mal nicht, und inzwischen lässt sich das Aufschäumen garnicht mehr starten. Es geht jetzt nur noch, die Milch heiß zu machen.Schade. Ich hatte mich immer gefreut, mit dem Gerät zu arbeiten.Nachtrag: Danke für den tollen Support und die schnelle Abhilfe für mein Problem.

    Für Cappuccino mit Kuhmilch funktioniert der REFOWMilchaufschäumer bei mir sehr gut: Der Schaum wird in der „dichten/heiß“-Einstellung spürbar stabil und cremig, ohne dass man viel einstellen muss. Gut ist auch, dass das Gerät mehrere Modi bietet (dichter heißer Schaum, dünner heißer Schaum, nur erhitzen, kalter Schaum), sodass man je nach Getränk variieren kann.4 Modi: dichter heißer Schaum, dünner heißer Schaum, nur erhitzen, kalter Schaum – das ist im Alltag wirklich flexibel (z. B. Latte, Macha Latte, Cappuccino, Eiskaffee im Sommer).Schnell fertig: Für Milchschaum werden etwa 2 Minuten genannt, für erhitzte Milch rund 3 Minuten, das passt auch gefühlt gut in eine schnelle Morgenroutine.Automatische Abschaltung: Laut Beschreibung stoppt das Gerät automatisch bei ca. 60–65 °C, was Überhitzung vorbeugt und „Sorgenfreiheit“ im Betrieb bringt.Reinigung: Innen ist eine Antihaft-Oberfläche beschrieben, wodurch sich Milchreste leichter entfernen lassen (direkt nach Benutzung kurz ausspülen hilft zusätzlich und sollte man auch wirklich machen!).Für mich persönlich ein gutes Gerät, negativ höchstens die geringe Füllmenge für den Schaum.

    Der Milchaufschäumer wird sicher verpackt geliefert und lässt sich ohne Probleme in Betrieb nehmen. Die beiliegende Anleitung ist eine sinnvolle Ergänzung obwohl sich die Handgriffe im Grunde schon fast von alleine erklären. Beim ersten Versuch konnte sofort ein wunderbarer Milchschaum genossen werden, der lange seine feste Konsistenz behielt, was selbst in gastronomischen Einrichtungen nicht immer der Fall ist. Sehr überrascht war ich von der extrem geringen Lautstärke während das Gerät in Aktion ist. Damit kann man sich seine Lieblingsgetränke zaubern, ohne dass jemand unfreiwillig aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Auch die Reinigung gestaltet sich total simpel, so dass es mit den nächsten Getränken inklusive Milchschaum schnell weitergehen kann. Aufgrund der überzeugenden Ergebnisse bekommt dieser Milchaufschäumer von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Der ausgesprochen faire Preis rundet das Angebot noch ab.

    I purchased this foamer in January, 2026. Initially it worked very well. Nice foam in my coffee and the unit was easy to clean. However, in March/26, the foamer started acting up. It was still working but would only work on one mode (the first one). I almost immediately thought I was out of luck since I had already thrown the box away. I decided to go back into Amazon to see if there was anything I could do. I sent an email to the company explaining the issue. I have to say I wasn't optimistic that they would even get back to me, let alone give me some options. To my surprise, I promptly received an email back asking for a short video of what the machine was doing - and they would have a look and get back to me. Within a day or so, I received another email advising that water probably got into the machine which was impacting the operation. Not only that, they immediately offered to either send me a brand new unit or refund me my money. Since I really like the machine, notwithstanding this particular issue which could have been due to a mistake on my part, I asked for a new unit. Believe it or not, the brand new unit appeared at my house within a day or two. Needless to day, I was totally impressed and I look forward to making sure water doesn't get into this one and many years of great foaming. Thank you again for your excellent service!
