Hola a todos.Este calibre viene en una caja para guardarlo como es debido. En el interior además viene el manual de instrucciones y un cable para poder cargar el display. Se incluye también un destornillador de estrella.El funcionamiento es muy correcto. El display tiene tres botones, uno de encendido, otro para seleccionar milímetros o pulgadas y lo último para fijar el nivel cero.La única pega que le he encontrado es que sí que soy capaz de encender la pantalla pero no de apagarla con el botón de encendido.La herramienta en sí es muy consistente, tiene la típica ruleta para efectuar mediciones finas y también un pequeño tornillo para que haya cierta resistencia al movimiento durante las mediciones.El conjunto en sí ocupa muy poco espacio, y en mi caja de herramientas cabe sin ningún tipo de inconveniente.Unido esto a su competitivo precio y a la alta calidad percibida, lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier profesional.Espero que mi reseña os sea de utilidad.
Rechargeable is the way to go
They seem accurate as far as I can tell and I haven’t had to recharge them since I fully charged them after I got em and being able to just charge them once every couple months instead of buying new batteries I think is worth it
A respectable digital caliper.
The 150mm/6" digital calipers are supplied shrink wrapped in a blow moulded case, containing mostly everything required for use, including the digital calipers, USB A to Type C cable, instruction leaflet, and a Philips head screwdriver. More on that later. There's a good weight to the calipers, as you'd expect from a pair.The instructions state to fully charge before use, but a quick turning on of the calipers shows a decent storage battery level on the built in battery gauge. They also say to remove the battery before storage. I think this is a carry over from the standard replaceable battery digital caliper, and not the case for this rechargeable model, as there is no easy way to get into the battery compartment.They're slightly stiff to operate, but do move smoothly, and will probably free up as the slides bed in a little. Critically, they move rigidly, so measurements will be easy to take accurately. As you can see from my photos, there's no gap showing between the jaws with light pressure applied, so they have been ground well.Moving onto accuracy outright, they measure 3" dead on my previously calibrated micrometer standard. This is repeatable, even after rapid movement up and down the scale, as is the zero with very little drift.Other measurements I've made compare well to my usual workshop Moore and Wright digital calipers, and a Mitutoyo vernier caliper. Time will tell if this remains the case, but it's reasonably likely to as the scales ought to be very stable.The rechargeable battery has so far not moved from full, despite my testing and regular use over a week or so. This hopefully bodes well, and certainly when I go to grab it in the workshop it will be nice to not have to worry about replacing the battery as in everything else, a brief charge and it'll be good to go again.Onto accessories, it's a bit tricky to get the case to close with everything inside, but realistically, the USB cable doesn't need to live in the box. I've got them scattered around the place. The manual is neither here or there. The screwdriver is a bit of a mystery, it's Philips head, but there are no Philips head screws on the caliper. There are flat head grub screws to tighten up the sliders on the top of the slide, so perhaps my model was packed with the wrong screwdriver? Either way though, it should not be necessary to adjust these on anything like a regular basis, and I have screwdrivers that I can use if it's ever necessary.Overall, it's neat, I like it, and I think it's of good value, and I'm sure it'll find its way into regular general workshop use.
