Schlechte Verarbeitung, kein Kundenservice
Handschuhe sind warm und sehen gut aus. Leider kam das graue Paar mit einem Verarbeituntsfehler an: der Zeigefinger ist kürzer als er sein sollte, daher kann man die Handschuhe nicht nutzen, da sie dadurch viel zu klein sind.Leider kann ich niemanden erreichen, vielen Dank Amazon! Ich wollte sehr gerne nur das paar austauschen, dass ich retournueren und neu bestellen muss ist unnötig und nervig sowie nicht nachhaltig, zumal ich keine Garantie habe, dass der Fehler bei der nächsten Bestellung behoben ist, da ja keine Menschen sich mit meinem Problem befassen sondern lediglich der ChatBot von Amazon.
