I'm very disappointed because I was very much looking forward to this, but the two long snake spiral ones are both discolored at one end, looking dark gray and damaged instead of silver. One of the little adjustable hair bands is broken into a weird shape, like a very sharp, dangerous little crown, which I avoided touching! I don't know what to do with it! It's such a hassle.
