    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich möchte eine Reklamation bezüglich eines KIKO Milano Lip Gloss einreichen, den ich über Amazon gekauft habe. Nachdem ich das Produkt erhalten hatte, habe ich es zunächst nicht verwendet. Da die Farbe der bestellten Farbe entsprach, entfernte ich die Originalverpackung und bewahrte den Lip Gloss auf. Als ich das Produkt gestern zum ersten Mal benutzte, verspürte ich unmittelbar nach dem Auftragen ein sehr starkes Brennen auf den Lippen. Das Brennen war so intensiv, dass ich den Lip Gloss sofort wieder entfernen und meine Lippen mehrere Minuten lang mit Wasser ausspülen musste.Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Konsistenz deutlich dicker ist als bei anderen KIKO Milano Lip Glosses, die ich bereits verwendet habe. Auch die Farbe im Behälter wirkt teilweise ungleichmäßig und an manchen Stellen dunkler als gewöhnlich. Da ich diese Marke bereits kenne und ähnliche Produkte von KIKO Milano schon mehrfach ohne Probleme verwendet habe, bin ich besorgt, dass dieses Produkt möglicherweise beschädigt, verdorben oder nicht original sein könnte.Leider habe ich die äußere Verpackung nicht mehr, besitze jedoch das Produkt selbst und kann bei Bedarf Fotos sowie weitere Informationen zur Verfügung stellen.Ich bitte Sie daher um Prüfung des Falls und um Mitteilung, wie weiter vorzugehen ist.Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung.

    So, an sich ist der Lipgloss echt schön auf den Lippen. Eine sehr schöne Farbe. Nur leider brennt er auf den Lippen abnormal. Man kann ihn nicht mal 10 Sekunden drauf lassen. Ich kenne Lipgloss mit Pumping Effekt, aber das ist schon ein sehr krasser Spice auf den Lippen.

    Après plusieurs jours de test, ce lipgloss KIKO Milano 3D Hydra Xtreme tient ses promesses. La texture est confortable, non collante, et hydrate bien les lèvres. La brillance est intense avec un joli effet volume 3D sans sensation désagréable. La teinte 02 est lumineuse et facile à porter au quotidien. Application simple, rendu élégant et lèvres visiblement plus lisses. Très bon produit que je rachèterai.
