Beschichtung nach mehreren Wochen wie am ersten Tag. Empfehle allerdings, grundsätzlich bei beschichteten oder kratzempfindlichen Oberflächen mit Silikonwerkzeug zu arbeiten (zB von Le Creuset, hält ewig).Die Oberfläche wirkt leicht angeraut; anders als bei glatten Teflonbeschichtungen sieht hier man hier keine Kratzer, da muss man schon kräftig dran arbeiten, um optisch was zu sehen. Plan geschliffen, induktionstauglich und nicht überteuert. Kann man empfehlen...

Die beste Pfanne.
Gut aber...
Die Pfanne macht eigentlich einen grundsoliden Eindruck. Hätte man sie noch besser verpackt, wäre sie wohl auch unbeschädigt angekommen. So war die Pfanne in einer Plastiktüte mit 4 Schutzteilen am Rand verpackt. Davon waren 2 im Transport in der lockeren Tüte bereits abgegangen. Auf jeden Fall hat sie Pfanne ein Macke am Rand.Ansonsten ist das Teil durchaus ok. Hohes Eigengewicht, liegt gut in der Hand, lässt sich gut reinigen. Aber für den Preis sollte eine bessere Verpackung drin sein.
