    Perfekt zum Sterilisieren nutzbar - Silikonscheibe als Dichtung bedenken

    Wichtig zu wissen: Die Kunststoffdeckel haben innenliegend eine durchgehende Silikonscheibe (keinen Ring) als Dichtung. Wenn man die Deckel anbohren möchte (z.B. Anbringung eines Impfports oder eines Filters zur Myzelzucht) muss die Silikonscheibe entsprechend ausgeschnitten werden. Da diese Scheibe relativ dick ist und damit trotzdem stabil die Form behält, hat das insgesamt sehr gut funktioniert - auch bei anschliessender Sterilisierung bei 120 Grad im Autoklaven. Ohne die Silikonscheibe sitzt der Deckel jedenfalls nicht dicht auf dem Glas und die Flüssigkeit würde auslaufen.
