Meine Enkelkinder waren begeistert , war ein cooles Geburtstagsgeschenk.Ich selbst fand die magnetischen Fidget Toysetwas klein ob der Preis angemessen war kann ich nicht beurteilen weil ich mich als Oma damit nicht auskenne .

Eigentlich ein sehr tolles Fidget- und Kreativspielzeug. Habe es gekauft und verschenkt, kam super an.Allerdings ist einer der Magnetwürfel aus dem Set defekt. Ich wollte jetzt nicht das Geschenk zurückfordern damit ich es komplett umtauschen kann. Daher wollte ich gerne den Verkäufer kontaktieren, um ggf. eine Lösung zu finden mit der wir beide zufrieden sind.Allerdings gibt es keine Möglichkeit den Verkäufer direkt via Amazon zu kontaktieren - es gab nur die Auswahloption zur Rücksendung und Erstattung, was in meinem Fall nicht in Frage kam.Den einen Stern vergebe ich, da das beste Produkt nichts wert ist, wenn der Service dahinter mangelhaft ist wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert. Was ist z.B. wenn das Teil nach 3 Monaten unverschuldet kaputt geht und eine Erstattung nicht mehr möglich ist?
